Egor’s Creation (Part 2)

Egor’s Creation (Part 2)

While Egor was secretly researching creation,
Anika and family had other planned elations.
They knew that they hadn’t seen the end yet.
Something was going to happen to cause stress.
Anika used her wand power to talk to Anathea.
Anika’s wand/lance was originally Anathea’s.
“Where does the power of the lance come from.”
“While on the holy mountain, I came undone.”
“Then God’s voice said ‘ This I have for you.’”
“A wand/lance with powers you never knew.”
“Use it to defeat evil wherever it is found.”
“There is greater power than this unbound.”
“That power is not for you. Not at this time.”
“One day it will be used to save all mankind.”
“After directions on how to use the lance,
He sent me on my way without a glance.”
“Where is this holy mountain?” Anika asked.
“It is Mount Olympus now. Not so in the past.”
“It is in the country of Greacia.” She said.
“I know what you seek. It is beyond my head.”
“Such knowledge you can seek on your own.”
“It will be used someday. That is known.”
Anika discussed what she had found out.
Her family would go along. There was no doubt.
Everyone, including Flash and Stealth, zapped to earth.
Flash and Stealth were the panthers, Kronos’s curse.
The panthers could telepathically talk to the others.
Just as each family member could talk with each other.
On earth they set out for Greacia by sailing ship.
It didn’t take long as they went at a good clip.
Once there, they headed for the Mountain Of The Gods.
Olympus, home of the Greacian gods.
Once there they had a very long climb.
Carved out stairs made the trip just fine.
What did they find when they reached the top?
Keep reading. It will put you right in the spot.

Egor’s Creation (Part One)

Egor’s Creation (Part One)

Egor was quite young when Asglow disappeared.
Caught in a time loop. It was kind of weird.
But, he took it all in stride and kept busy.
Being caretaker of Castle Kronos, a real pity.
He still studied all the ancient black arts books.
The more he learned, the more he looked.
Wizards were assigned to search everywhere.
Any books from the dark side handle with care.
Bring them to the castle for safe storage.
The ones from Asglow’s place were like porridge.
Egor found his copy of Kronos’s diary.
He read it so much he got eye weary.
He noticed Kronos reference to the cave.
Near his old castle just above the waves.
The one that was buried in a cave in.
He directed Wizards. They tunneled in.
They found many, many dark arts books.
Even the one the demons undertook.
In it was the information to reverse spells.
Reverse the power of Anika’s lance spell.
This is what Asglow long searched for.
He never found it to even the score.
Now, it all has come to Egor’s knowledge.
This was better than going to college.
But, Egor was interested in only one thing.
Creating life. That had a special ring.
If he could succeed, he would be a god.
Egor the great!! That didn’t sound odd.
After many years, he was close to it.
There was little left for him to get.
He wanted to create Kronos again.
Just one thing left for him to begin.
He needed a sample of Kronos’s blood.
Where the hell could he get the blood?
Then, by accident, he found a sample.
A spell sealed by blood. Was it ample?
We will find out at a later date.
What will be Egor’s final fate?

Whispers On The Wind

Whispers On The Wind

I heard a whisper on the wind.
It told me that you had sinned.
The whisper said you were not true.
It told me not to be a fool.

Where did that whisper come from?
The same whisper that said you were the one.
Is it the devil whispering in my ear?
Or, is it the truth being made crystal clear?

Some say angels whisper in the wind.
Are they saying I have lost a friend?
Others say it is all in my head.
Thoughts, pulling me down like lead.

It doesn’t matter what they say.
I will live to love another day.
Depression will not defeat me.
Actually, it feels good to be free.

Go ahead and do what you’re gonna do.
Never mind me because we are through.
Let those words whisper on the wind.
I will find another friend.

Oliver

Oliver

Oliver, everyone is waiting for you.
Soon, you’ll arrive, all pink and new.
You will be surrounded by love.
You’ll be blessed by the Father above.
You will be nurtured as you grow.
Helped with all you’ll learn and know.
Before we know it, you will walk.
You will also learn to talk.
Time will fly by very fast.
Though we will want it to last.
The teen age years will come and go.
Then adulthood, but you’ll still grow.
You will accomplish much in time.
We know that you will turn out fine.
Because you were loved from the start.
For that, all of us are a part.
But, especially your proud parents.
Who will love you and all your descendants.
It is all called the circle of life.
Included in that will be your wife.
But, that is a ways off yet.
First you must arrive, then all is set.

The Commitment

The Commitment

We made a commitment to God above.
Know that the rain won’t stop our love.
Sunny days will be coming again.
Know that you are more than a friend.
See the birds flying way up high.
That’s our love seen through my eye.
The flowers all bloom just for you.
A bouquet of them will get us through.
With you around, there is no other.
I want my kids to call you mother.
There is only one way and we have found it.
So much love, we just may drown in it.
It may not be easy at all times.
I knew that when I made you mine.
But, until we part due to death.
I’ll still love you in eternal rest.

There Is No Cure For Stupidity

There Is No Cure For Stupidity

I read every book that he could find.
I was literally running out of time.
The Doctors said there was no cure.
The thought gave me a lot of fear.
Just a six word statement was all.
It meant I was in for a very big fall.
“There is no cure for stupidity.”
That’s what the doctor said to me.
There has to be something I can do.
I don’t want people thinking I’m a fool.
I can read, but not real well.
I just hope no one can tell.
A computer is way over my head.
I feel like I should stay in bed.
Then, I found a way to show I am smart.
I helped kids at the grade school with art.
Soon, the cops hauled me away.
Said I was a pervert. What did I say?
“There is no cure for stupidity.”
That’s what the cops said to me
What in the hell am I supposed to do?
I have never been mean to you.
They said I needed a special school.
They would have a lot for me to do.
Who knows, maybe I would get smarter.
Mind your manners. Don’t be a farter.
So,—– off to school I went.
I was mad and wanted to vent.
The school said no to me.
“There is no cure for stupidity.”

Running From The Demons

Running From The Demons

I was doing what I usually do.
Living my life the way I wanted to.
Some say I was wild, out of control.
Others said I was just feeling low.

I say neither of them are right.
I want all I can get out of life.
You only live once. Do it right.
Live to the limit with all your might.

I am running, running from the demons.
Sometimes I end up just screaming.
I just go on without any feeling.
I am running, running from the demons.

I don’t know what brought me here.
I arrived with little to fear.
Why go on when there is nothing for you?
It is something I just have to do.

I’ve been doing this all my life.
I feel the pain, like from a knife.
It often reaches deep in my heart.
Trying its best to rip me apart.

I am running, running from the demons.
Sometimes I end up just screaming.
I just go on without any feeling.
I am running, running from the demons.

Mostly, I am numb to the pain.
If not,—– I will go insane.
Another gamble, another dare.
To most, it would be a scare.

I have tried to figure out why.
If I keep on, then I will die.
There has to be a better way.
I hope I will find it someday.

I am running, running from the demons.
Sometimes, I end up just screaming.
I just go on, without any feeling.
I am running, running from the demons.

The Raise Of Asglow (Epilogue)

The Raise Of Asglow (Epilogue)

Asglow had appointed a caretaker for the castle.
Castle Kronos, the one on the granite plateau.
He was to be tour guide and a caretaker/guard.
He had much to do, plus take care of the yards.
His name was Egor, a young, brilliant Wizard.
He was there around the clock. Even in blizzards.
When he learned of Asglow’s disappearance.
He felt the castle was his insurance.
He had explored the entire place.
All the knowledge was his piece of cake.
The more he learned the more he wanted.
Asglow’s absence left him undaunted.
He did his job for years and learned more.
The idea of creating life was at its core.
He found the most ancient books of all.
He thought he had found his lifelong call.
Slowly a plan came to his foolish mind.
He could create life, given enough time.
He wanted to learn more. There was a way.
He would create Kronos again someday.
This is a story for another time.
But, remain a reader and keep it in mind.

The Raise Of Asglow (Part 7)

The Raise Of Asglow (Part 7)

Time had passed. Asglow was almost ready.
He proceeded with his plan, slow and steady.
First, he had to bring the Wizards under his spell.
No fight was involved. Things were proceeding well.
First he called all Wizards to a large meeting.
Anika and family did a combined greeting
with a spell that protected them from within.
They didn’t trust Asglow. They feared he would win.
At the meeting Asglow quoted a pledge.
This caused all Wizards to lose their edge.
It brought them under Asglow’s control.
It happened so smoothly, they didn’t even know.
Anika and her family were protected from it.
Their combined shield from within did the trick.
Yet, they weren’t really aware what happened.
The title of the meeting had no caption.
What was this meeting called for?
Something was wrong, as they left out the door.
They knew something had just happened, but what?
They zapped home. All their defenses were up.
They started planning what to do.
Anika said ”I think the church will do.”
“We pick a side room and line it with mirrors.”
“Walls, ceiling, totally cover it. Is that clear?’
“But, what will this do?” Ansir said.
“I’m not sure, but I have it planned in my head.”
They carried out her orders right away.
This was going to be another episodic day.
Then Anika contacted Asglow via her wand.
‘Meet me in the church. Bring your wand.’
Asglow immediately knew what Anika meant.
She wasn’t affected by the spell he sent.
Now, it comes down to that final hour.
I knew I would have to make Anika cower.
It’s only proper after what she did to Kronos.
I will turn her into a lone ghost.
Asglow zapped to the church.
He entered and stopped with a lurch.
No one was there. He searched around.
Then, in a side room, Anika was found.
She stood there with her wand raised.
“You will fight me in a church of praise?”
“God will protect me.” Anika said.
Asglow just laughed and shook his head.
“Bring it on then.” He stood ready, no fear.
Anika changed her wand to the spear.
Before she could activate it, Asglow was gone.
He jumped back a few minutes. Not long.
He moved forward to get behind Anika.
He jumped back forward to grab her. Eureka!
What was this? He was out in some woods.
He jumped again, the best he could.
He didn’t know where he was at.
He felt like he was flapping around like a bat.
A few more jumps and he realized.
“I am caught in a time loop.” he cried.
Different time realities kept appearing.
He’d jump every few minutes he was fearing.
Billions of realities could exist.
The mirrors sent him on this trip.
They had distorted everything for him.
He didn’t know how to get back.
He could be trapped like this for an eternity at that.
When he didn’t reappear, Anika knew she was right.
They removed all the mirrors & put them out of sight.
She had figured out why his future couldn’t be seen.
She had filled in the gap in the in between.
All the Wizards snapped out of their trance.
They had lost time. But, they had a second chance.
After another meeting and all was explained.
The new head of the council, Anika, was named.
Another major tragedy was avoided for them.
But, for Asglow, his tragedy would just begin.

The Raise Of Asglow (Part 6)

The Raise Of Asglow (Part 6)

Asglow knew they were suspicious.
They thought he was up to mischief.
I guess he was, in his own way.
But, he still wasn’t ready to come and play.
He discovered something really great.
He was told not to let the black arts be his fate.
It was taboo to all the Wizards.
It would be better to boil his gizzard.
But, he discovered that you needed both.
A perfect balance between both is all she wrote.
It had always been one against the other.
But, when both are used,’ holy mother’!!
The power quotient is more than doubled.
Rather than butting heads and making rubble.
He learned to combine the two.
Making one impenetrable force for you.
He could be the greatest war Wizard around.
Greater than any Warlock ever found.
He had a lot of work to do learning how
to combine all spells to make them work somehow.
The more he learned, the easier it got.
He felt he could do all things. Believe it or not.
Now, he needed a way to bring all,
but the most powerful, under his call.
That would be, the Wizards, under his control.
He knew no Warlocks. They had been laid low.
In the meantime, Anika continued to be bothered.
What kind of son had Evangelica & Kronos fathered?
Anika knew Evangelica was a powerful Wizard.
She also knew Kronos would rip out your gizzard.
And what did a future like a room of mirrors mean?
She asked the Wizard scholar to see what he’d seen.
“At this point I haven’t a clue.”
“You did say he was studying time anew?”
“Possibly it means different futures available to him.”
“To mess with such power has got to be a sin.”
Anika thanked him and returned to the Lumicates.
She asked them if this could possibly be his fate?
They said that they didn’t know for sure.
They just knew that it didn’t mean a cure.
Anika thought she knew what it meant.
She filed it away before it went.
Back home, she discussed it with her husband.
“Holy Wizard! This is like a bludgeoned.”
“How will this information help if needed?”
Anika wasn’t sure, but it takes planning she pleaded.
Asglow didn’t give any thought to this.
He felt his future could be whatever. This was his gift.
He controlled the power to do what he wanted.
So he proceeded on. He was undaunted.
Soon, it would all come together.
He would carry out his plans to the letter.
He would rule Vantera and earth too.
There would be nothing he couldn’t do.
He would be emperor of both worlds.
Asglow The Great!! It gave him a thrill.
Would the best laid plans of men and mice work?
Will he succeed, or just end up another jerk?
Keep reading. Time will tell.
Time could end up worse than hell.
