More Than A Friend (Part 5)

More Than A Friend (Part 5)

They won’t be like Robin Hood of lore.
They won’t rob the rich to give to the poor.
But, they will fight evil in high places.
Taking names and smashing faces.
“What else will I have to fight them?”
This is what Coz’s dad told them then.
“You will be able to produce much heat.”
“From your hands. It will be real neat.”
“Melt your way through a metal door.”
“Like Wizard’s fire and much more.”
“You will also produce severe cold.’
“Again, with your hands. They fit the mold.”
“Cold so severe that metal will crack.”
“You could ward off most any attack.”
“But, the most important of all.”
“You can make a high pitched call.”
“In a range so high humans can’t hear it.”
“Neither can reptilians, which is fit.”
“But, this frequency will disrupt their shifting.”
“They will lose control of holding their shape.”
“They will start turning back into reptiles.”
“Blowing their cover. None will be beguiled.”
“I can activate all these apps. Anytime.”
“When you feel you are ready to be refined.”
“One last thing. You have a force field.”
“Impenetrable, it will not yield.”
“It will protect you and one other.”
“But, it will drain your power like a mother.”
“You have a ‘never ending’ power source.”
“Provided by the aliens, of course.”
“But, it takes much energy to use the shield.”
“The only thing you must watch, or it will yield.”
“You know your energy is constantly renewed.”
“If you don’t, you will, as you learn to be shrewd.”
“Soon, you will become a skilled fighter.”
“Tom will help, making your load lighter.”
“Via a small hand held computer he will
make your job easier as he watches your skill.”
“Like a video game, he will have the readings.”
“Power left or if your limits you are exceeding.”
“You will hear when he talks to you.”
“Follow what he says and you will come through.”
“Gee dad, I don’t know what to say?”
“There is nothing to say. That is why I waited till this day.”
“We have one week of school left. Then it is summer break.”
“That is fine. But, as time goes, longer, it may take.”
“Well, are you about ready to begin?”
“I will activate your inactive apps. so you can win.”
So their training began for what was ahead.
It would take time to get it all in their head.
They will learn and become proficient.
Together, they will be quite efficient.
What will happen then is yet to be told.
Keep up to date and you will behold.

More Than A Friend (Part 4)

More Than A Friend (Part 4)

My name is Coz, short for Cosmos.
Cosmos Cummings to most.
But, my friend, Tom knows more now.
When he found out, he said “Holy cow!!”
In the morning we went to find dad.
To the longitude & latitude the aliens had.
A place deep in the woods.
Nothing was there, like it should.
We were almost ready to leave.
Then dad stepped out from behind a tree.
“Coz, I knew you would come.”
“Hi dad. You were harder to find than some.”
“This is my friend, Tom.”
“He decided to come along.”
“Yes, he knows all that I know.”
“Best buddies since first grade, so he would go.”
“I trust him. You should to.”
“Without him, I wouldn’t have found you.”
“let’s go to my keep then.”
He showed them his secret way in.
It was an underground former bomb shelter.
He had bought the land back during Helter Skelter.
He used an assumed name. It wasn’t a theft.
The house had burned. This was all that was left.
Now, it is a super complex robotic’s lab.
Built to get ready. It wasn’t a fad.
‘Them’ are not really human at all.
They look human, but that is not all.
They are really reptilian by nature.
They are really shapeshifters, and haters.
An alien reptilian race are responsible for them.
How many are there? I couldn’t begin.
But, the aliens who helped me build you.
They are their enemy’s. That much is true.
You Coz, are not the only android made.
There are enough of you to form a brigade.
You are the only one I created.
Built to grow. This was debated.
But, it was felt you were worth the effort.
Much to important. Stick to the letter.
“I think all the others were created as adults.”
He indicated he was satisfied with the results.
“The whole reason for it all to come about.”
“Will be the war for our planet, no doubt.”
“Aliens can fight alien reptilians, and have.”
“Their war has lasted eons. It is sad.”
“Years ago reptilians invaded this planet.”
“An attempt to hide out. Re-plan it.”
“Thus, thru science, came shapeshifters.”
“Reptilians taking over without risk here.”
Our alien friends found out their plans.
They found a way to stop them, if we can.”
Android humans against shapeshifters.
“The losers will be lucky to escape here.”
“You have an ability I can activate.”
“Reptilians have a smell. You will relate.”
“You will ‘sniff’ them out, even in a crowd.”
“Like a bloodhound on the prowl.”
“You will have other abilities that are built in.”
“You don’t know yet just how you can win.”
Tom, I know, is very computer wise.”
“I can bring him up to speed. That’s no surprise.”
“He will be a key part in this war.”
‘Shortly, I will tell you more”
Keep reading. Things will get good.
Will these two young ones be like Robin Hood?

More Than A Friend (Part 3)

More Than A Friend (Part 3)

That evening we went to his room.
He had a computer as big as the moon.
“My dad would use it to ‘fine tune’ me.”
“I am always right up to date, you see.”
“First, we have to find out who ‘them’ are?”
“Government, foreigners, bad people by far.”
“Even different aliens could be involved.”
“My dad kept me in the dark, he vowed.”
“Now, we have to find out on our own.”
“Where to start is what must be known”
“How about the aliens who were first involved?”
“Excellent idea. They could tell what’s allowed.”
“Do you know how to contact them??”
“No, I don’t. But, a message I will send.”
“I can send a coded message I think they will get.”
“Plead for help. Refusing, they may regret.”
He worked like a wiz on the computer.
A scrambled message that was just a blur.
Shortly, a coded message came back.
It said to wait for them out by the railroad track.
We should go there within the hour.
We rode our bikes. No time for a shower.
Once there, a UFO appeared overhead.
A beam of light lifted us up, like dad said.
Telepathically aliens talked to us.
Concerning someone new, they didn’t discuss.
They said ‘them’ were evil humans.
They were informed by other alien crewmen.
A different race than they were.
Only the worst would be expected to occur.
My dad was warned and was hiding out.
He didn’t want us to know what it was about.
But, the time has arisen for me to act.
My robotic powers will become a fact.
But, not until the time was right.
In the meantime expect a fight.
First, they will tell me how to find my dad.
Bring my friend. Just know it will be bad.
We were told where to go and what to do.
Dad will know right away that it is you.
He will explain to you much more.
We are trying to stop this from becoming a war.
We were beamed back down to our bikes.
Tom said “Yikes!!”
“I have no doubts now in any of your story.”
“Thanks.” I said, “But, I am not looking for glory.”
We went home to get some sleep.
Tomorrow is when we will locate dad’s keep.
Check back in once again.
Learn more about ‘more than a friend.’

More Than A Friend (Part 2)

More Than A Friend (Part 2)

After school, I met with my friend.
He didn’t know where to begin.
“Start at the beginning” I said.
“Right off the top of my head.”
He said his dad worked in robotics.
He experienced something that was exotic.
He was captured by a UFO one night.
He was drawn up in a beam out of sight.
Alien beings telepathically talked to him.
They told him just how to begin.
They gave him my electrobioform brain.
The detailed explanation would sound lame.
They told him how to build me.
How to make me grow like a tree.
He would have to help me grow.
Enlarging me as I needed, you know.
I would learn as I grew.
Just like happened to you.
They said only my mother could know.
I would be needed for the final show.
He never told me what this was.
He said I didn’t need to know yet because.
Because it might change how I feel.
It might warp my view as to what was real.
I had a forged birth certificate and history.
Nothing about me was a mystery.
I was their normal biological son.
Now, my dad may be on the run.
He disappeared the other night.
It caused my mother real fright.
“Do you think the aliens have him again?”
“No, we would know that. Let me begin.”
“I am wired to know where he is.”
“That communication is now a fizz.”
“I fear he has been taken by ‘them’.
“Or, maybe, he is only hiding from ‘them’.”
“I need your help to search for my dad.”
“When it is over, you may not be glad.”
“We will start tonight at my home.”
“Plan on spending the night.” He moaned.
What will they find? Where will they go?
Just keep reading. Then you will know.

More Than A Friend (Part 1)

More Than A Friend (Part 1)

The other day, while with a friend.
He said “Can I talk from deep within?”
I had no idea what it could be.
I said “Sure, you can talk to me.”
“What I am about to say no one knows.”
“Can you keep it a secret, bro?”
“Sure, you can trust in me.”
“I mean, how bad can it be?”
“O.k., here goes. I am an android.”
“A what?” I said, sounding annoyed.
“You know. A robot that looks and acts human.”
I was about to come unglued then.
“I have known you since we were kids.”
“How can that be?”, about to flip my lid.
“My father created me to be a child.”
“One that would grow and mature. Not wild.”
“That way I would be as human as possible.”
“What I am saying is the true gospel.”
“Prove it then.” I said, rather smugly.
He said “O.K., but it may get a little ugly.”
He pulled out a knife that was very sharp.
Cut open his forearm and tore it apart.
Minor bleeding with wirers, rods, etc. below.
I almost fell over. It was quite a blow.
He covered the flap over and it healed.
“My god, you are a robot!!” I squealed.
“An android.” He said without a smile.
“I have been wanting to tell you for awhile.”
“Are there more out there like you?”
“No, I am the only one. That is true.”
“Do you have any special abilities?”
“Yes, I am strong, I can heal fast, and….”
“And what else?” I said with demand.
“Smart, fast, computer compatible.”
What do you mean? That I can know?”
“I can connect a computer to my brain.”
“I can surf the internet. Become any game.”
“All kinds of cool stuff like that.”
“It is like it is a maze and I am the rat.”
“Do you have all the feelings humans do?”
“Yes, I can cry, hurt, fall in love too.”
“Why did you decide to confide in me?”
“There is trouble on the way, you see.”
“What kind of trouble are you talking about?”
“The very worst.” He said, at almost a shout.
“Meet me today after school.”
“Then, I will tell you all they knew.”
“They? Who are they?”
“You’ll find out then. No telling, by the way.”

Oliver

Oliver

Oliver, everyone is waiting for you.
Soon, you’ll arrive, all pink and new.
You will be surrounded by love.
You’ll be blessed by the Father above.
You will be nurtured as you grow.
Helped with all you’ll learn and know.
Before we know it, you will walk.
You will also learn to talk.
Time will fly by very fast.
Though we will want it to last.
The teen age years will come and go.
Then adulthood, but you’ll still grow.
You will accomplish much in time.
We know that you will turn out fine.
Because you were loved from the start.
For that, all of us are a part.
But, especially your proud parents.
Who will love you and all your descendants.
It is all called the circle of life.
Included in that will be your wife.
But, that is a ways off yet.
First you must arrive, then all is set.

Fable, Or Not?

Fable, Or Not?

I took a trip to Sweden.

I heard it was like Eden.

I heard of trolls and gnomes.

Both were small when fully grown.

There were giants and other things.

Always mentioned, but never seen.

Shapeshifters were Mentioned too.

Locals always said it was true.

I decided to search for one.

I thought, maybe, it would be fun.

Locals warned me away from this.

I would earn a deadly kiss.

They didn’t want to be found.

They didn’t want people around.

They knew magic and I did not.

If I survived, it would be a shock.

I thought it was all  a fable.

This I intended to prove, if able.

I went to where one was seen.

Nothing there, except meadows green.

I set up a camera to get a picture.

A trail cam. There was no hitch here.

A week later,—-I had pictures.

All were animals. No hitch here.

Except for one I can’t explain.

Looked like an old dwarf. Am I insane?

There was no dwarf in the area.

They said stop looking. It will spare ya.

I kept searching for several weeks.

I searched valleys. Even along creeks.

Nothing ever turned up again.

True or not, it would depend

on if you believed in them or not.

The locals believed. The entire lot.

As for me, I’m not so sure.

A dwarf dressed in fur?

That seemed reasonable to me.

But then, all is not what it seemed to be.

How Legends Are Made

       How Legends Are Made

The glassy eyes was a definite clue.

To challenge him would take a fool.

He is high,—– but not on drugs.

He can dominate any thugs.

He is skilled in all  fighting arts.

He can easily rip you apart.

The best there is, was, or will ever be.

Enemy’s are smart if they just flee.

Trained from birth, or even before.

18 hour days, say all the lore.

No days off for any reason.

To do less would be treason.

It all came down to this very day.

He entered the arena, as if to stay.

He will fight for the freedom of his people.

It will be shouted from the highest steeple.

If he wins they will be left alone.

If he loses, they will become unknown.

Forever slaves to the taskmasters.

Such a fate would be a disaster.

The horn was blown, the fight began.

He moved like he wasn’t a man.

Defeating easily all who they sent in.

He knew only one thing. That was to win.

His final challenge was the 5 greatest.

Fight them all at once. This was the latest.

The rules changed when they saw he was winning.

Bring them on he thought, while grinning.

His muscles rippled with the strain.

Yet, he moved like a man insane.

They couldn’t lay a hand on him.

There was no doubt that he would win.

That’s exactly what he did that day.

Won freedom for his people all the way.

He became a legend in his own time.

He paid none of it any mind.

He was only interested in just one thing.

The love of his life. He gave her a ring.

For them the story had just begun.

Thanks to the fact that he had won.

Little To Say

                   Little To Say

Chicken in the bread pan kickin out dough.

There is so much more to know.

Hound dog barking up side the hill.

Love is dragging him through the mill.

Yes, he died with a sword in his hand.

Did that make him a better man?

Home is a place where roots are grown.

Someone told me that on the phone.

Have you ever tried to sift your thoughts?

You usually end up tied in knots.

Freedom came to the world the other day.

It didn’t last long cause no one could pay.

Why is there Braille in some drive thru’s?

Is it a joke,—– or am I a fool?

If Gods of old were still alive now

they would say things have gotten foul.

A genius once said that having brains

does very little for his aches and pains.

I can never belong to you.

There are too many other things to do.

The morning after that bloody day,

one tin soldier rides away.

Do you think birds ever wonder why we walk?

If we walk the walk, we have to talk the talk.

All things happen for a reason.

Most things come in due season.

What goes around comes around.

Karma is a bitch, even for clowns.

Did you like what I had to say?

Sorry, but I had very little to say today.

Save Me

                 Save Me

Save me from these midnight sweats.

Demons come that desire my death.

Save me from these desperate times.

The future is brighter when you are mine.

Save me from any deadly sins.

You know you are more than a friend.

Save me from my crazy thoughts.

Without you, I know I am lost.

Save me from my insane desires.

Keep me from becoming a liar.

Save me, especially just for you.

You know I want you to be true.

Especially save me from myself.

Do not set me upon a shelf.

Save me for a perfect future.

You will do it? Are you sure??
