Egor’s Creation (Part 6)

Anika said ”Asglow is back.”
“He will be careful now with his time trap.”
“Kronos sounds like a raving lunatic.”
“He has no soul, so, no conscience. Not a bit.”
“He would kill his own mother if she got in his way.”
“Then laugh about it afterwards, what can I say.”
“We are in deep doo doo here.” Sirle said.
“If we don’t act soon, we will all be dead.”
Anika spoke to Anathea with little help.
She zapped to the Lumicates to see how they felt.
They said “A million possibilities, but only one
will have the outcome where you overcome.”
“What exactly does that mean?” She said.
“In all the others you end up dead.”
“I want to hear about how I can survive.”
“For that outcome you will have to strive.”
“That is why I am here right now.”
“The chances are so slim, we can’t say how.”
“We don’t get a clear focus at this time.”
“We can say, draw on the past. It’s not a crime.”
This riddle did not help Anika very much.
She didn’t want to use it as a crutch.
They had a meeting for all Wizards.
The council of 9 presided. They felt like lizards.
When told what was going on, Wizards blanched.
They yelled “Who gave Kronos another chance?”
All details were laid out to them.
“We are done for, we cannot win.”
“Defeatist attitude is not needed here.”
“All that does is promote more fear.”
“The Lumicates said for us to draw on the past.”
“I have no idea what spell we can cast.”
“I will fight in this war.” Said Evangelica.
“If Asglow is back, he may listen if I yell and cuss.”
“Sorry for the outburst. I am a little upset.”
“It is understandable. You and all the rest.”
Anika brought out a lightning bolt.
All there gasped. “I have something for you folk.”
Outside, she gave them a demonstration.
They were so shocked, they had no explanation.
“It is many times more powerful than my lance.”
“All of us will have use of it with practice and chants.”
She showed them how to use the bolt and to make more.
They weren’t talking about losing so much anymore.
“It will take more, I am afraid to say.”
“We will remember forever the final day.”
They went back and began to make more solid plans.
In the meantime, Kronos was getting anxious hands.
He was zapping things all around.
Blowing them up without a frown.
“We have to have a plan.” Said Asglow and Egor.
“I’ll show you a plan” said Kronos, as he walked out the door.
The others followed as he zapped into town.
He started zapping everything around.
In no time, he had leveled the town.
No one was left alive. No one was found.
“Have you gone nuts!!” yelled Asglow.
“Not at all.” Said Kronos. “This is not a show.”
“What I did will have the Wizards responding .”
“If it doesn’t, I’ll cook a baby, a fondling.”
“How can you talk about such cruelty?”
“Are you trying to make a fool out of me?”
“This doesn’t bother me at all.”
“I have no soul, so I can kill them all.”
What will Kronos do next?
Will it be what we expect?

Egor’s Creation (Part 5)

Anika heard about the show at Castle Kronos
She said: “I want to go see that new show most.”
They all zapped to Castle Kronos to catch a show.
They all sat down in the very back row.
Kronos came out and did his thing.
Along with a fair share of ranting
A young Wizard down front heckled him.
This caused Kronos to become very grim.
He almost blasted the Wizard with Warlock fire.
Egor dropped the curtain, saving the liar.
Anika and family were highly suspicious.
So much so that it gave them twitches.
They zapped home to discuss it all.
They decided they needed to get on the ball.
They laid out a plan to investigate
what went on behind Castle Kronos’s gate.
Meanwhile, in the castle’s garden.
The young Wizard was admiring the yard then.
Kronos hit him with a ball of Warlock fire.
Reduced him to ashes for groundhogs to admire.
Egor shrieked & yelled: “How will we explain this?”
Kronos said: “I don’t really give a s@#t.”
Later, they returned to the problem at hand.
How to break the time loop, if they can.
Egor said: “We need another time amulet.”
Kronos said: “I will get you one in just a minute.”
He zapped away and, after awhile, he zapped back.
He was wet, water running off his back.
“I had to get it at the bottom of the sea.”
“Only a few left. They are all for me.”
“Egor said: “I can use the amulet to draw Asglow here.”
“Then grab his amulet when he does appear.”
“We will only have one chance”, he said aghast.
“So we must be prepared to act really fast.”
“Using Asgard’s notes I worked out his spell.”
“We will soon have him back if all goes well.”
They picked the time when Asgard disappeared.
They hoped their amulet would draw him here.
The time arrived and Egor mumbled the spell.
He held the amulet, though he was scared as hell.
Suddenly, Asglow did appear.
Egor ripped off his amulet while he was near.
They waited and nothing else happened.
That meant Asglow was finally out of the trap then.
“Egor, you’ve gotten me out of the time loop.”
“Yes Asglow. Now it is time for us to regroup.”
With that Egor introduced Asglow to his father.
Kronos grunted and Asglow faltered.
“How can this be?”
“ Is there something wrong with me?”
Egor explained it all to Asglow. Almost all.
He told Asglow to explain his use of magic’s law.
How he used positive and negative magic .
To balance each other out so it wouldn’t be tragic.
Increasing the overall power 2 fold.
Kronos flew into a rage untold.
Once calm, Eros explained: “Kronos has no soul.”
Kronos said:” I hate positive magic.”
“I won’t use it, or the results will be tragic.”
“That is why we are all needed.” Egor said.
“Let’s all stay calm and keep our head.”
In the meantime Anika came up with a plan.
The 4 eagles would play a part in this hand.
The eagles flew in through a castle window.
They lit down within vision and hearing range.
All could see and hear the Warlocks exchange.
The eagles were telepathic also..
What they saw and heard, the Wizards did also.
Anika and family heard it all.
They knew trouble was about to fall.
How it went down is another story.

Egor’s Creation (Part 4)

“I am Egor. Are you o.k.?”
“Yes. What’s the time of day?”
“It is night time. Near midnight.”
“Last I remember, it was after a fight.”
“I don’t know you. Are you the enemy?”
“No, I am who I’m meant to be.”
“Tell me what is going then, and fast.”
Egor told the story, from the first to the last.”
“I am Kronos. I know that for sure.”
“How do we make things like they were?”
“That is impossible now. Time can’t be changed.”
“If attempted, it can make you disarranged.”
“You said I had a son. I don’t know any son.”
“You were not aware. He was raised by another one.”
“Evangelica, the one you raped, mother of your son.”
“His mother raised him as a Wizard, not a Warlock.”
Kronos flew into a rage. Egor feared for his life.
Egor explained it all to reduce the strife.
He explained how Asglow was trapped in a time loop.
When he mentioned Anika, Kronos had to regroup.
He totally lost all control for a few minutes, or so.
Cussing out Anika, her family, and her cursed soul.
“What do I care about a son I don’t know.”
“He could of died in a time loop for all I know.”
Egor said “He is still alive. I have kept track.”
“I have been working on a way to bring him back.”
Kronos asked why Egor was doing all this?
“Think of what the three of us could do.”
“Like get revenge on the ones who put an end to you.”
This was something Kronos liked the sound of.
He could care less about Egor and Asglow as buds.”
But, he hated Anika and hers with a vengeance.
He wanted a victory that would be tremendous.
He agreed to work with Egor to bring Asglow back.
It was time consuming because he often went off track.
His rages were frequent with little time between.
He knew something was wrong. It was not as it seemed.
Then he told Egor what it was. “I have no soul.”
“My soul is in hell. That is somewhere I can’t go.”
“Without a soul, I am not myself.”
“I have no feelings. I cannot say how I felt.”
“Death to everyone and everything”
“I care about nothing, except one thing.”
“Smashing Anika and hers into the dust.”
“That one thing is an absolute must.”
Egor told him about the new castle and what it was.
Kronos could care less. It didn’t matter what it does.
Egor explained how Kronos should put on a show.
Egor would say he was a magical show.
A manifestation of Kronos to show what he was like.
The visitors enjoyed it. It was quite a fright.
Kronos couldn’t help ranting and raving.
Carrying on and misbehaving.
Eros said this was to keep down suspicion.
Until they were ready to carry out their mission.
So it went for quite some time.
Meanwhile they worked on how to ‘break into time.’
Egor had a plan on how to break the loop.
Thus, bringing Asglow back to his own timeline to boot.
They were near trying out their plan.
Take a guess what happened, if you can.

Egor’s Creation (Part 3)

It took them some time to reach the top.
They were escorted the last 1/3rd by Cheops.
Zeus and family resided there.
It was beautiful everywhere.
After telling Zeus who they were.
And telling him why the visit occurred.
Zeus had this story to tell them.
We were sent here by God. Amen.
To guide these unruly people.
They have made Olympus a steeple.
We are thought of as gods.
We are really not. That is not odd.
We are His humble servants.
The lightning bolt is His invent.
It is more powerful than your lance.
I will show you its use, given a chance.
Still, it is not the unbound power.
It will save mankind in that hour.
That time is way in the future.
Exactly what will occur is not too clear.
As for now, we must keep evil under control.
Throw this lightning bolt & put on a show.
Anika and the rest familiarized themselves.
They became quite proficient, like with spells.
Zeus showed a lot of interest in the panthers.
Like Pegasus, he liked their enhanced purrs.
That is, their telepathic ability.
Their intelligence and agility.
He taught them how to renew their bolts.
How to store them till they needed the bolt.
They thanked him and were ready to leave.
When they all zapped away, even Zeus believed.
Back on Vantera, they practiced some more.
They kept it secret from Wizards by the score.
Sooner or later, it would be coming down.
They were ready when it came around.
Meantime, Egor was almost ready to proceed.
There was just one thing he would still need.
A powerful thunder and lightning storm.
Then, his creation would, maybe, be born.
Finally, on a moonless night.
A storm was scheduled that was a fright.
On the roof, with a metal rod to attract.
Egor waited. He had all the facts.
He chanted all the proper words.
Repeating them, waiting for it to occur.
A lightening strike finally hit the metal rod.
He screamed the final word with a nod.
A physical shape began to form.
Then it solidified. It was born.
It fell to the floor and slowly began to rise.
“Who are you?” it said, staring into Egor’s eyes.
Was it a success? Could it be?

Egor’s Creation (Part 2)

While Egor was secretly researching creation,
Anika and family had other planned elations.
They knew that they hadn’t seen the end yet.
Something was going to happen to cause stress.
Anika used her wand power to talk to Anathea.
Anika’s wand/lance was originally Anathea’s.
“Where does the power of the lance come from.”
“While on the holy mountain, I came undone.”
“Then God’s voice said ‘ This I have for you.’”
“A wand/lance with powers you never knew.”
“Use it to defeat evil wherever it is found.”
“There is greater power than this unbound.”
“That power is not for you. Not at this time.”
“One day it will be used to save all mankind.”
“After directions on how to use the lance,
He sent me on my way without a glance.”
“Where is this holy mountain?” Anika asked.
“It is Mount Olympus now. Not so in the past.”
“It is in the country of Greacia.” She said.
“I know what you seek. It is beyond my head.”
“Such knowledge you can seek on your own.”
“It will be used someday. That is known.”
Anika discussed what she had found out.
Her family would go along. There was no doubt.
Everyone, including Flash and Stealth, zapped to earth.
Flash and Stealth were the panthers, Kronos’s curse.
The panthers could telepathically talk to the others.
Just as each family member could talk with each other.
On earth they set out for Greacia by sailing ship.
It didn’t take long as they went at a good clip.
Once there, they headed for the Mountain Of The Gods.
Olympus, home of the Greacian gods.
Once there they had a very long climb.
Carved out stairs made the trip just fine.

Egor’s Creation (Part One)

Egor was quite young when Asglow disappeared.
Caught in a time loop. It was kind of weird.
But, he took it all in stride and kept busy.
Being caretaker of Castle Kronos, a real pity.
He still studied all the ancient black arts books.
The more he learned, the more he looked.
Wizards were assigned to search everywhere.
Any books from the dark side handle with care.
Bring them to the castle for safe storage.
The ones from Asglow’s place were like porridge.
Egor found his copy of Kronos’s diary.
He read it so much he got eye weary.
He noticed Kronos reference to the cave.
Near his old castle just above the waves.
The one that was buried in a cave in.
He directed Wizards. They tunneled in.
They found many, many dark arts books.
Even the one the demons undertook.
In it was the information to reverse spells.
Reverse the power of Anika’s lance spell.
This is what Asglow long searched for.
He never found it to even the score.
Now, it all has come to Egor’s knowledge.
This was better than going to college.
But, Egor was interested in only one thing.
Creating life. That had a special ring.
If he could succeed, he would be a god.
Egor the great!! That didn’t sound odd.
After many years, he was close to it.
There was little left for him to get.
He wanted to create Kronos again.
Just one thing left for him to begin.
He needed a sample of Kronos’s blood.
Where the hell could he get the blood?
Then, by accident, he found a sample.
A spell sealed by blood. Was it ample?
We will find out at a later date.
What will be Egor’s final fate?
