It keeps happening again and again.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Every time that she comes in.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

She can brighten up any room.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Her beauty alone will make you swoon.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

She came in the other day.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Asked me if I wanted to play.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I was so shocked I said \u201dNo way!\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cOops, I meant to say.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is it you had in mind?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAre you only interested in a good time?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cNo, I mean, I didn\u2019t mean it that way.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018This is what I meant to say.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe need one more for a foursome.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

But, I did good enough for her.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

this was a shock to me for sure.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWell, would you like to get a snack?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

She said \u201cSure.\u201d and that was that.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Before long I was jabbering away.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

telling her about the other day.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

She listened then added some of her own.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

She talked about how bored she\u2019d grown.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cNot with you, I mean life in general.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhy is that?\u201d I hoped it sounded sentimental.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cPeople carry on about my beauty.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI personally don\u2019t think I\u2019m such a cutie.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI think of myself as an average girl\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cTo be treated as such gives me a thrill.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I was shocked into silence.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I would have had nothing to say in my defense.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I think of her in every way she despises.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Silence is golden in this case with no reprises.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

From there our friendship really bloomed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I loved to walk with her & look at the moon.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Almost a year has gone by since then.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
