Once in awhile, if I have the time.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I go down into the mine.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Rather, I should say: Into the mind.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018Mind tripping\u2019, to say it kind.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

An introspective trip to within.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Somewhere I\u2019ve rarely been.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

It can be scary when you first go in.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

But, soon, I am easily remembering when.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

if I have been there, it is a traveled path.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

If not, it can make me laugh.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sneaking around in my own thoughts.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Wondering what the next thought brought?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I come to a door marked THE ID.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Caused me to almost flip my lid.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I recalled the movie \u201cForbidden Planet.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Monsters from THE ID, taken for granted.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

No, that\u2019s not for me. I turn away from that.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Maybe a look at emotions is where it is at.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

It is warm and cozy in here.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Lots of love. very little fear.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I look in the \u2018past experiences\u2019 file.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

No, I am not in denial.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a tough file to review.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Some still hurt. There are a few.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Next, I look at past memories.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A little dusty in here. But, it is friendly.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Needs a little cleaning. Some files are lost.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I need to retrieve some at any cost.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I check current files. All are sharp & fresh.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nothing here to any excess.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

An alarm. What could that mean?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sound from outside. Sounds like a machine.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I open my eyes and see my wife.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

She is running a vacuum. What a life.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Try to have quiet time for self inspection.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

But, am disturbed by noise and affection.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
