Magic: Gone With A Vengence<\/p>\n
I heard of a land of magic.
\nA different type I didn\u2019t know.
\nThey used colors for their magic.
\nIf it was dark, magic didn\u2019t flow.<\/p>\n
During sunny days they did all.
\nThey used magic in many ways.
\nAt night things moved at a crawl.
\nDaytime, it was like running a maze.<\/p>\n
Not everyone had the power.
\nOthers could only use certain colors.
\nThey would tire in a few hours.
\nFew used all colors better than others.<\/p>\n
These few were called prisms.
\nThey were the ruling class.
\nAlso called full spectrum magicians.
\nThey used magic to kick others ass.<\/p>\n
Thinking all citizens needed a leader.
\nSuch a prism was called a black prism.
\nOther prisms were his advisors.
\nRuling by magic, they were the bleeders.<\/p>\n
They would bled magic from others.
\nThose with little or no power had no chance.
\nThey could only run to their mothers.
\nUnless they could find a thing called \u2018The Lance.\u2019<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Lance\u2019 could wipe out a prism\u2019s magic.
\nThey would be powerless. A common one.
\n\u2018The Lance\u2019 was hidden years ago by black magic.
\nBlack magic could only be used by some.<\/p>\n
Very few was the number of them.
\nMost would destroy \u2018The Lance\u2019 if they found it.
\nJust a couple would use it. They were real men.
\nIf used, magic would cease to exist. Every bit.<\/p>\n
Those with no magic would be happy with that.
\nEveryone would be equal. No prism\u2019s anymore.
\nNo \u2018magician\u2019s\u2019 treating others like a rat.
\nIt would make those former magicians very sore.<\/p>\n
One day Morvel found \u2018The Lance\u2019 using black magic.
\nHe loved his magic, but he hated prism\u2019s.
\nThe Black Prism took away his brother\u2019s magic.
\nHis brother later committed suicide. A real schism.<\/p>\n
He activated \u2018The Lance\u2019 at noon that day.
\nAll magic magically disappeared.
\nHe did it to get revenge for his brother, they say.
\nThe prism\u2019s went nuts. Loss of their life, they feared.<\/p>\n
Many were killed or put in prison.
\nThings were different from that day on.
\nWe would call it as normal as kissin.
\nFrom that day on all magic was gone.<\/p>\n
