Halloween Ghost Story<\/p>\n
\u201cI found something. Come and see.\u201d
\n\u201cWhat was it? You can tell me.\u201d
\n\u201cYou have to see it, first of all.\u201d
\n\u201cSounds fishy, but I\u2019ll answer your call.\u201d
\nI followed him down several streets.
\nExcited, but trying to look discreet.
\n\u201cWhere the hell are you leading me?\u201d
\n\u201cJust a little further and you will see.\u201d
\nWe came to a dirty, filthy, narrow alley.
\n\u201cIn here.\u201d We went in. It seemed a folly.
\n\u201cIt stinks in here\u201d, I said loudly.
\n\u201cShhesh\u201d, he said. Almost a little pouty.
\n\u201cBe quiet. It\u2019s right up here.\u201d He said.
\nMysteries were running through my head.
\nWe came to stairs leading down.
\n\u201cWhat the hell?\u201d I said with a frown.
\n\u201cIt doesn\u2019t go under either building.\u201d
\n\u201cIt leads straight down.\u201d He said, beholding.
\n\u201cWhat is down there?\u201d I said with fear.
\nThat\u2019s what we\u2019ll find out\u201d he said in my ear.
\n\u201cAre you nuts\u201d I said with fright.
\nHe said \u201cI have 2 flash lights.\u201d
\nHe gave me one and started down.
\nI followed. I didn\u2019t want to look like a clown.
\nWe went down unbelievably far.
\nNo doors, windows, or even bars.
\nSuddenly, it leveled out and widened.
\nI think I was on the verge of crying.
\nThe room was big. We couldn\u2019t see the walls.
\nCobwebs and dust covered all.
\nWe walked on, though I was shaking.
\nIt was bad. I thought things were quaking.
\nSoon we saw subway type tracks.
\nUp ahead, we saw a little shack.
\nThere was a sign hanging on the shack.
\nSUBWAY STATION 13 it read.
\nI couldn\u2019t believe what it said.
\n\u201cThere is no station 13 on the subway?\u201d
\n\u201cThey must have closed it years ago, some way.\u201d
\nWe looked around for awhile, then we left.
\nI went to the library next day to check.
\nI found out it was closed many years before.
\nReason: It was a real story of horror.
\nSeveral people had been murdered down there.
\nRumors of ghosts were heard everywhere.
\nPeople quit going to that station.
\nIt was closed down. They said for sanitation.
\nI knew for sure I wasn\u2019t going back there.
\nI would rather go almost anywhere.
\nExcept there. Ghosts and I do not agree.
\nI would much rather feel safe and free.<\/p>\n
