A Shocking Discovery Made<\/p>\n
The Astro XM was deep in space.
\nThe crew was snuggly in their pods.
\nThe suspended animation in place.
\nTo keep them alive against all odds.<\/p>\n
The Astro XM was advanced.
\nReaching the speed of light.
\nThose aboard were given a chance.
\nMinimal aging during the flight.<\/p>\n
Space explorers; the first wave.
\nTraveling on through the night.
\nTo find a place to permanently stay.
\nTo establish an outpost was their right.<\/p>\n
Onboard computers did their job
\nof locating an earth like planet.
\nTheir accuracy was almost odd.
\nThey did much more than plan it.<\/p>\n
The ship went into orbit once there.
\nThe crew was awakened at once.
\nThey were excited to get their share.
\nImmediately, they left their bunks.<\/p>\n
The landing pod, soon ready to go.
\nThey did last checks and boarded.
\nThey were ready to start this show.
\nThis would not go unrewarded.<\/p>\n
The clean, fresh, invigorating air
\nwas the first thing it delivered.
\nThe smell of flowers everywhere.
\nTrees, mountains, lakes, & rivers.<\/p>\n
This place was a virtual paradise.
\nThe beauty here was unsurpassed.
\nYet, they saw no sign of any life,
\nOther than vegetation and grass?<\/p>\n
How is this possible? Flowers take bees.
\nThis was a mystery they must explore.
\nReproduction could be by the breeze.
\nBut, that left too much to ignore.<\/p>\n
No life found in lakes, rivers, or land.
\nAn ego system that cannot exist.
\nNo sign of creatures like a man.
\nNo animals, mammals, or insects to list.<\/p>\n
Man entering this system might not work.
\nObviously, it could upset the balance here.
\nSuddenly, they realized it wasn\u2019t a quirk.
\nMan can\u2019t enter anywhere, this was clear.<\/p>\n
Earth was made for man & vice verse.
\nThere is nowhere else he would fit in.
\nMaybe man should take better care of earth.
\nThis side of heaven, nothing else is for him.<\/p>\n
