The Enemy Among Us<\/p>\n
I look out upon the frosty land.
\nHouse roof and trees all white.
\nAlong with the grass and sand.
\nMy thoughts turn to the fight.<\/p>\n
Our earth has been attacked.
\nBy aliens for our mineral wealth.
\nWe haven\u2019t given up. We fight back.
\nMost of us\u00a0are now in poor health.<\/p>\n
We have returned to the rock age.
\nNo modern comforts exist now.
\nBut, our progress, we can gage.
\nThere is a plan to tell us how.<\/p>\n
The aliens can\u2019t breathe our air.
\nThey wear stuff to help with that.
\nWithout their stuff, that they wear.
\nThey would die, and that\u2019s a fact.<\/p>\n
We will eliminate their breathing gear.
\nWe have a plan that will not fail.
\nIt will work. We have nothing to fear.
\nThey can\u2019t order more through the mail.<\/p>\n
We will burn the ship that has the stuff.
\nAn inside job that will work for sure.
\nThey enslaved some. They\u2019re treated rough.
\nYet, inside the ship, they will endure.<\/p>\n
We have a way to contact them.
\nThey will be supplied with what they need.
\nThey will set fire to the breathing bins.
\nMake sure it cannot be easy to breathe.<\/p>\n
With their equipment destroyed,
\nthey will soon be in a real pickle.
\nThe air,—- they must avoid.
\nThey will be reduced to a trickle.<\/p>\n
Those will leave or be overthrown.
\nYes, they may return, given time.
\nBy then, we will have things going.
\nWe will be ready. Right down the line.<\/p>\n
