I will try to really say<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

how it really was.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I will try to lay it on the line.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

How I felt deep inside.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Talk of times that were fine.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Talk of offspring with pride.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Mention the bad times too.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Times I would like to forget.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Yet, they were part of me & you.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Times I can\u2019t really regret.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

One of these days.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I will really reminisce.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Talk of the different ways<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

things changed to progress.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

There is much to be said.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

It all happened along the way.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t all in my head.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

It was just any old kind of day.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Except for all we did and said.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

We had fun in different ways.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Vows were respected when we wed.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

They were called the good old days.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

One of these days.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I will set the story straight.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Open the eyes of all who stay.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Pull up a seat and don\u2019t be late.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

If you have wondered about the past?<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Often thought about those times.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Wondered why they didn\u2019t last?<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I will tell the truth this time.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Tell just how it all happened.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

What brought an end to the good old days.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
