\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s \u2018Alien\u2019 To The Aliens<\/strong><\/p>\n I was walking down a country road.<\/p>\n I was all alone, looking for a toad.<\/p>\n Then, I saw the thing coming out of the sky.<\/p>\n A UFO here?—– I wondered why?<\/p>\n It stopped over head 200 feet up.<\/p>\n The bottom looked like a paper cup.<\/p>\n It was metal, but, the shape, you see.<\/p>\n Looked like a paper cup to me.<\/p>\n All of a sudden a blue light came on.<\/p>\n I was thinking \u2018color me gone.\u2019<\/p>\n Next thing I know I was lifted away.<\/p>\n Scooped right up into its bay.<\/p>\n What I saw then was really weird.<\/p>\n Looked like overgrown veggies had appeared.<\/p>\n Big green lumps like broccoli heads.<\/p>\n Mushroom tops and carrot shreds.<\/p>\n All apparently made of metal.<\/p>\n There were even big things like a kettle.<\/p>\n I got to my feet and walked around.<\/p>\n There was nobody to be found.<\/p>\n Then I saw what could have been a door.<\/p>\n Except it was weird, coming out of the floor.<\/p>\n I got close and it opened up.<\/p>\n It led to a slide into a buttercup.<\/p>\n I slid down into something soft.<\/p>\n A spongy consistence set on a loft.<\/p>\n Down below were alien beings.<\/p>\n They were busy at whatever I was seeing.<\/p>\n Then a voice came to me within my head.<\/p>\n It was in English, not Martian instead.<\/p>\n It must have been mental telepathy.<\/p>\n I was alert with no lethargy.<\/p>\n It said \u201cWelcome to the stellar ship Orion.\u201d<\/p>\n I said \u201cYou kidnapped me. I ain\u2019t lying.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cRelax, we only have a few questions.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI hope this isn\u2019t to teach me a lesson.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHow does your race feel about alien beings?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s hard to say without first seeing.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWould they join a Space Federation?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou should ask the President\u201d I said with elation.<\/p>\n \u201cDo not you all have an equal say?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHell no!! Not in this world of today.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt seems we have questioned the wrong person\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cOh, I don\u2019t know. At least I\u2019m not cursing.\u201d<\/p>\n Next I knew I awoke in a pile of leaves.<\/p>\n I was deep in a forest with many trees.<\/p>\n I walked till I came to a road.<\/p>\n Flagged down a truck with a heavy load.<\/p>\n I found out I was \u00a0about 30 miles from home.<\/p>\n I had lost a day in my \u2018stellar\u2019 roam.<\/p>\n I didn\u2019t tell him of my situation.<\/p>\n I just said I was on vacation.<\/p>\n But, one thing I know as sure as bacon.<\/p>\n If they ask the President, he\u2019ll make them<\/p>\n honorary citizens if they vote for him.<\/p>\n \u201cHave some food stamps.\u201d he\u2019ll say with a grin.<\/p>\n But, he won\u2019t have us join any Federation.<\/p>\n Only a Socialist society, then he\u2019ll take them.<\/p>\n ——————————————————R.
