Walking along by the sea.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

This is a dream world to me.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I hear the waves breaking.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

All the while, my heart is aching.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I used to walk with another.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Now my life is in the gutter.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

She is no longer at my side.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

She used to love to watch the tide.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

This all brings back memories.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Even the crisp and salty breeze.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Many wonderful days spent here.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Now, it\u2019s blurry through my tears.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I pick up a shell to hear the sea.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s her voice, or seems to be.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

She is saying she met another.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

This is what tore us asunder.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I watch a ship, way out at sea.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

It seems to be calling out to me.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Get on board and sail away.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Forget about this terrible day.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

But, I know that will not happen.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I head back to my little cabin.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The sea shore isn\u2019t what it used to be.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

When it was only you and me.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Given time, I may find another.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

In the meantime, I just shudder.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Why is this all happening to me?<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Is there somewhere else I\u2019d rather be?<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

No, the green eyed lady is my friend.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I will keep coming here again.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

To get condolence? I don\u2019t know.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

It just eases my very sole.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

It washes away all that is bitter.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

But, it will take time to quit her.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Never feel bad about it all.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Pride always goeth before a fall.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
