The day happened as I was told.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The fairies told me to be bold.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I wanted to win the hand,<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

of the fairest in the land.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The fairies told me how I can.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

They said I have to be the man.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I knew what I had to do.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

My mama didn\u2019t raise\u00a0a fool.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Today was the championship joust.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I owned the best horse in the house.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I entered with a goal in mind.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Everything was going to be just fine.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I defeated all who came my way.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The king\u2019s champion was next today.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

None had been able to defeat him.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I had to do it.—–. I had to win!!<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The flag was dropped & off we went.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Toward one another, we were sent.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Lances down, we hit in a clash.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The Black Knight was knocked on his ass.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The crowd went wild with cheers.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I rode in front of the king with no fear.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

He said: \u00a0“Name your prize, oh mighty knight.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cYour daughter\u2019s hand, if I might?\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The king was shocked into silence.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The crowd cheered, he feared violence.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

He agreed to my bold request.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

But, the best part is coming yet.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

For I have won the hand,<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

of the fairest in the land.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
