\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 Kronos escapes Hell (Preface)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The person known as\u00a0 ‘The Shadow,’<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Is about to make the world rattle.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He is leaning toward Black Magic.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He notices something odd, maybe tragic.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A tight knit ball of energy.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Black Magic generated, he could see.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This is very odd, he thought to himself.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Greater power was here, he felt.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He had to break it open somehow.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He’d been working for days, till now.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He felt something start to give.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This might give him power to live.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Suddenly, the whole room was engulfed,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A tremendous power was loose, he felt.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Then, a man appeared from nowhere.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A Warlock, from the clothes he did wear.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He looked like he was from an ancient time.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

His cold black eyes stared into mine.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I was frozen to the spot with his gaze.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>Where am I?” he said through the haze.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>2017, you are in my lab.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>You are a Warlock then?” He said.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>Magic was non-existent for eons.”\u00a0 “Instead,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I learned how to tap into it again.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>You can then send me back to when.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>Who are you?”\u009d The Shadow \u00a0whined.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>I am Kronos, the greatest Warlock of all time.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>I was defeated by Anika, a whimpy Wizard.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>I was sent to hell by demons.” “They delivered.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>I created a Black Magic link for this.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>You brought me here when you did persist.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>Now, I will tell you how to send me back.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>Revenge calls. I must put Anika on the rack.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“Give her a taste of hell.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>Once she is dead, all will be well.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>I might bring you back as my assistant.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>An acolyte.” “I owe you for being persistent.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Shadow was cowering in the corner.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kronos drew him out and said: “I scorn her.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>You will help me to return to my past.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kronos told him all to do. Then, at last,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A column of Black Fire appeared.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kronos walked in and he disappeared.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The fire went out and The Shadow shook.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Such power, and Kronos didn’t use a book.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Shadow determined to become his acolyte.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

To control such power would be a fright.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

But, he felt he was up to the task.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He would wait till Kronos returned, at last.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Until then, he would learn all he could on his own.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

What happened next will chill you to the bone.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
