The High Seer had a disturbing vision.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He saw a whole city block obliterated, like fission.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He knew The Black Arts were used here.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

It had just happened on earth. That was clear.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Then, a message from earth arrived via wand.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

It said what the vision showed. It was no con.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Power Of 12 were notified.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>Oh no,”\u009d they said, as they rolled their eyes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They picked Anika and her family to go.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to earth and see what is the show.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Once ready, they all zapped to The Keep.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The old mansion on earth. It was sweet.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Maintained and hidden by strong magic.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The earthly headquarters they called The keep.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Once there, they made sure all was fine.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Then they zapped to the location of the crime.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Everything in a square block was obliterated.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

It was almost like it had been incinerated.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>Who could have done this?”\u009d they wondered.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>Its been quiet for 18 years, since Black Thunder.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Black Thunder is how Kronos’s last war was known.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>No one else has such power we were shown.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“<\/i><\/b>He is in hell. There is no escape from there.”\u009d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Suddenly, they all felt that jolt of ‘beware.’<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A whirlwind started all around them.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They all erected a shield of protection.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sand, dirt, debris, etc. turned the day dark.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Creatures flew by, scarlet in color, making an arc.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Indescribable critters trying to breach the shield.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Disembodied nightmares. The shield would soon yield. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The roar of the wind was near deafening.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They communicated mentally to plan their reckoning.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

‘<\/i><\/b>Our shield will soon fail, we’ll become captives.’<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

‘<\/i><\/b>We can still go down.’ The twins said without lapses.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They said “Excavatius,” and a hole with stairs appeared.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sirle said ‘Direct it that way.’ Pointing as he leered. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Shortly, the tunnel broke into an underground room.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The church catechism, where bodies were entombed. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They hurried down into the tunnel. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They closed the opening with a big rock bundle.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Their wands produced plenty of light.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They found their way out, though it was tight.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They put on invisibility, then flew into the air.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They started a search for whoever was there. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

‘<\/i><\/b>Kronos!!’ Anika mentally yelled.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

She pointed where Kronos projected black spells.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He was creating the whirlwind and critters.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

‘<\/i><\/b>Back to The Keep before the shield quivers.’<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

‘<\/i><\/b>Soon after, it will fail.’<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

‘<\/i><\/b>We must be gone before he follows our trail.’<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They all zapped back to The Keep instantly.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kronos focused more for increased intensity.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He felt it when the shield failed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He moved in to catch his quail.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

‘<\/i><\/b>The Shadow’ moved in from the other side. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They both worked the spell to trap those inside.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

There was nothing where the shield stood.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kronos was not looking very good.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

“It <\/i><\/b>should have been impossible to escape.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u02dcWe have to regroup and plan their fate.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They zapped home to their underground keep.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Anika and all were shocked after the retreat.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They immediately got in wand communication.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They contacted Vantera with the information. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kronos was back and had to be stopped.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Everyone on Vantera was in shock.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

They immediately started making plans.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Anika said “Come to earth as soon as you can.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Something big and terrible was on the rise.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Be ready for it. Don’t hide your eyes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
