Skipping across the sea.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Flying fast and flying free.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Butterflies bursting into flame.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Everything is going insane.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The day before the sun didn’t shine.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Yet, I found this friend of mine.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We hiked through the driving rain.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Anything to wash away the pain.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Wash the memories from our mind.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

It’s the best way to be kind.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Our jet skis are running low on fuel.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

At least I am here with you.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Everywhere is a total waste.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Can this be our final fate?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We see a spit of land ahead.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A small island, isolated, it is said.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Fresh water, food, a way to live.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We have nothing left to give.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Man has tried to kill us all.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

None were ready for the fall.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Hopefully, here, we will be left alone.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

There is nowhere else that we can roam.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Paradise lost and paradise found.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We don’t know to smile or frown.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

All we know is we will survive.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Despite all, it’s good to be alive.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
