It was dusk and growing black.
\nNo moon, no stars, nothing like that.
\nSomething creeping around out there.
\nEveryone had better beware.
\nIt\u2019s not a thriller, chiller or killer.
\nIt is just the local miller.
\nHis face is white from flour dust.
\nHis clothes are dark, with scent of musk.
\nHis voice is loud, almost a whale.
\nLike someone hung with a rusty nail.
\nPeople are scared. Rumors running wild.
\nDon\u2019t go out. Keep an eye on your child.
\nHe actually wouldn\u2019t harm a fly.
\nBut, people are scared, fear is high.
\nPeople said he was the deadly reaper.
\nOthers thought it was a killing creeper.
\nListen! What\u2019s that outside the door?
\nIt\u2019s someone knocking, yelled a whore.
\nGet back!! Then they heard this sound.
\n\u201cLet me in. Flour is getting on the ground.\u201d
\nWhat do you think that means?
\nThat\u2019s no ghost or what it seems.
