{"id":3033,"date":"2018-03-21T16:46:04","date_gmt":"2018-03-22T00:46:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wordsmithwisdom.com\/?p=3033"},"modified":"2018-03-21T16:46:04","modified_gmt":"2018-03-22T00:46:04","slug":"the-raise-of-asglow-part-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wordsmithwisdom.com\/?p=3033","title":{"rendered":"The Raise Of Asglow (Part 6)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Raise Of Asglow (Part 6)<\/p>\n<p>Asglow knew they were suspicious.<br \/>\nThey thought he was up to mischief.<br \/>\nI guess he was, in his own way.<br \/>\nBut, he still wasn\u2019t ready to come and play.<br \/>\nHe discovered something really great.<br \/>\nHe was told not to let the black arts be his fate.<br \/>\nIt was taboo to all the Wizards.<br \/>\nIt would be better to boil his gizzard.<br \/>\nBut, he discovered that you needed both.<br \/>\nA perfect balance between both is all she wrote.<br \/>\nIt had always been one against the other.<br \/>\nBut, when both are used,\u2019 holy mother\u2019!!<br \/>\nThe power quotient is more than doubled.<br \/>\nRather than butting heads and making rubble.<br \/>\nHe learned to combine the two.<br \/>\nMaking one impenetrable force for you.<br \/>\nHe could be the greatest war Wizard around.<br \/>\nGreater than any Warlock ever found.<br \/>\nHe had a lot of work to do learning how<br \/>\nto combine all spells to make them work somehow.<br \/>\nThe more he learned, the easier it got.<br \/>\nHe felt he could do all things. Believe it or not.<br \/>\nNow, he needed a way to bring all,<br \/>\nbut the most powerful, under his call.<br \/>\nThat would be, the Wizards, under his control.<br \/>\nHe knew no Warlocks. They had been laid low.<br \/>\nIn the meantime, Anika continued to be bothered.<br \/>\nWhat kind of son had Evangelica &amp; Kronos fathered?<br \/>\nAnika knew Evangelica was a powerful Wizard.<br \/>\nShe also knew Kronos would rip out your gizzard.<br \/>\nAnd what did a future like a room of mirrors mean?<br \/>\nShe asked the Wizard scholar to see what he\u2019d seen.<br \/>\n\u201cAt this point I haven\u2019t a clue.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cYou did say he was studying time anew?\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cPossibly it means different futures available to him.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cTo mess with such power has got to be a sin.\u201d<br \/>\nAnika thanked him and returned to the Lumicates.<br \/>\nShe asked them if this could possibly be his fate?<br \/>\nThey said that they didn\u2019t know for sure.<br \/>\nThey just knew that it didn\u2019t mean a cure.<br \/>\nAnika thought she knew what it meant.<br \/>\nShe filed it away before it went.<br \/>\nBack home, she discussed it with her husband.<br \/>\n\u201cHoly Wizard! This is like a bludgeoned.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cHow will this information help if needed?\u201d<br \/>\nAnika wasn\u2019t sure, but it takes planning she pleaded.<br \/>\nAsglow didn\u2019t give any thought to this.<br \/>\nHe felt his future could be whatever. This was his gift.<br \/>\nHe controlled the power to do what he wanted.<br \/>\nSo he proceeded on. He was undaunted.<br \/>\nSoon, it would all come together.<br \/>\nHe would carry out his plans to the letter.<br \/>\nHe would rule Vantera and earth too.<br \/>\nThere would be nothing he couldn\u2019t do.<br \/>\nHe would be emperor of both worlds.<br \/>\nAsglow The Great!! It gave him a thrill.<br \/>\nWould the best laid plans of men and mice work?<br \/>\nWill he succeed, or just end up another jerk?<br \/>\nKeep reading.
