The Raise Of Asglow (Part 7)<\/p>\n
Time had passed. Asglow was almost ready.
\nHe proceeded with his plan, slow and steady.
\nFirst, he had to bring the Wizards under his spell.
\nNo fight was involved. Things were proceeding well.
\nFirst he called all Wizards to a large meeting.
\nAnika and family did a combined greeting
\nwith a spell that protected them from within.
\nThey didn\u2019t trust Asglow. They feared he would win.
\nAt the meeting Asglow quoted a pledge.
\nThis caused all Wizards to lose their edge.
\nIt brought them under Asglow\u2019s control.
\nIt happened so smoothly, they didn\u2019t even know.
\nAnika and her family were protected from it.
\nTheir combined shield from within did the trick.
\nYet, they weren\u2019t really aware what happened.
\nThe title of the meeting had no caption.
\nWhat was this meeting called for?
\nSomething was wrong, as they left out the door.
\nThey knew something had just happened, but what?
\nThey zapped home. All their defenses were up.
\nThey started planning what to do.
\nAnika said \u201dI think the church will do.\u201d
\n\u201cWe pick a side room and line it with mirrors.\u201d
\n\u201cWalls, ceiling, totally cover it. Is that clear?\u2019
\n\u201cBut, what will this do?\u201d Ansir said.
\n\u201cI\u2019m not sure, but I have it planned in my head.\u201d
\nThey carried out her orders right away.
\nThis was going to be another episodic day.
\nThen Anika contacted Asglow via her wand.
\n\u2018Meet me in the church. Bring your wand.\u2019
\nAsglow immediately knew what Anika meant.
\nShe wasn\u2019t affected by the spell he sent.
\nNow, it comes down to that final hour.
\nI knew I would have to make Anika cower.
\nIt\u2019s only proper after what she did to Kronos.
\nI will turn her into a lone ghost.
\nAsglow zapped to the church.
\nHe entered and stopped with a lurch.
\nNo one was there. He searched around.
\nThen, in a side room, Anika was found.
\nShe stood there with her wand raised.
\n\u201cYou will fight me in a church of praise?\u201d
\n\u201cGod will protect me.\u201d Anika said.
\nAsglow just laughed and shook his head.
\n\u201cBring it on then.\u201d He stood ready, no fear.
\nAnika changed her wand to the spear.
\nBefore she could activate it, Asglow was gone.
\nHe jumped back a few minutes. Not long.
\nHe moved forward to get behind Anika.
\nHe jumped back forward to grab her. Eureka!
\nWhat was this? He was out in some woods.
\nHe jumped again, the best he could.
\nHe didn\u2019t know where he was at.
\nHe felt like he was flapping around like a bat.
\nA few more jumps and he realized.
\n\u201cI am caught in a time loop.\u201d he cried.
\nDifferent time realities kept appearing.
\nHe\u2019d jump every few minutes he was fearing.
\nBillions of realities could exist.
\nThe mirrors sent him on this trip.
\nThey had distorted everything for him.
\nHe didn\u2019t know how to get back.
\nHe could be trapped like this for an eternity at that.
\nWhen he didn\u2019t reappear, Anika knew she was right.
\nThey removed all the mirrors & put them out of sight.
\nShe had figured out why his future couldn\u2019t be seen.
\nShe had filled in the gap in the in between.
\nAll the Wizards snapped out of their trance.
\nThey had lost time. But, they had a second chance.
\nAfter another meeting and all was explained.
\nThe new head of the council, Anika, was named.
\nAnother major tragedy was avoided for them.
\nBut, for Asglow, his tragedy would just begin.<\/p>\n
