More Than A Friend (Part 7)<\/p>\n
They found out it was only the mayor and his son.
\nThey seemed to be the only ones.
\nThey all decided to leave things as they were.
\nThey didn\u2019t want to expose their hand, that\u2019s for sure.
\nThey started checking on other city council members.
\nOnly a couple had that smell they could remember.
\nThey kept track of all they found.
\nTo the state capitol, they were next bound.
\nCoz could sniff out any reptile smell.
\nThey wrote down the names of any he could tell.
\nMuch less than they expected it to be.
\nYet enough to be a problem, they could see.
\nThey passed all the information on to the aliens.
\nSoon, a list developed, which goes without saying.
\nLooking at it, you could start to get a picture.
\nJust how much control reptiles had depicted here.
\nNot enough of them to take total control.
\nBut, enough to affect a blow.
\nA showdown was coming in a matter of time.
\nThey wanted to surprise them. Be real sublime.
\nFirst they made contact with other androids.
\nA meeting was scheduled they couldn\u2019t avoid.
\nA master plan was set in place.
\nThey had guidance from the alien race.
\nIn the meantime, Coz and Tom enjoyed the summer.
\nThey went on double dates with one another.
\nAnd their girls, Raywin and Truly.
\nThe summer was turning out pretty cool, you see.
\nThey went swimming, bowling, movies, and biking.
\nPicnic\u2019s, dancing, waterslides, and hiking.
\nThey were having a lot of fun.
\nAll under the warm summer sun.
\nThen, they ran into Pete. The \u2018king\u2019 of the prom.
\nHe was cruising. Wanted the girls to come along.
\nThey declined and he got upset.
\nThey were making him feel all wet.
\nHe said \u201c Do you know who I am?\u201d
\nThey said \u201cYes. Someone to avoid, if you can.\u201d
\n\u201cWe remember you from prom night.\u201d
\n\u201cYou sure acted like an ass alright.\u201d
\nHis face turned red and he was pissed.
\nHe took off like they\u2019d never be missed.
\nAs far as the girls were concerned, he wouldn\u2019t be.
\nThey were happy with their dates, as anyone could see.
\nBut, the boys knew more trouble was ahead.
\nThat was just the way with this knucklehead.
\nThey had planned what they would do.
\nIf, that time ever occurred, thanks to the fool.
\nIt would occur, but that will come later.
