\nI am not leaving. You have nothing to fear.

\nThere is no way I\u2019ll be saying so long.
\nAs I come closer, inch by inch.
\nI am more quiet than the Grinch.
\nStill fooling around with words.
\nQuit saying it is for the birds.
\nO.k., I have never seen a tree
\nwith a bark as pretty as thee.
\nWhat? That\u2019s poetry, is it not?
\nFunny, all you can do is squawk.
\nHe tucked, he rolled, he stopped.
\nHe managed to ditch the cop.
\nAll right, all right, I will try it again.
\nTonight, after dark, when all is free.
\nYou will find me hugging my TV.
\nFine, I\u2019ll quit writing when you are present.
\nI would just as soon be eating pheasant.
\nThank God, she is finally gone.
\nNow, maybe, I can write that song.
