When the demon didn\u2019t come back,
\nKronos decided to get on track.
\nWith his revenge, that is.
\nThis time revenge would be his.
\nAnika\u2019s granddaughter\u2019s name was Thedra.
\n\u2018There is only one way I will see ya.\u2019
\nHe knew they had a connection with the church.
\nHe would pull this off for what it is worth.
\nHe sent a package to the Jeru church.
\nLabeled for Thedra, as he chuckled with mirth.
\nHe knew they would contact her.
\nThey knew exactly where the Wizards were.
\nThedra got the message on Vantera.
\nShe transported to the Jeru church.
\nOnce there, she received the package first.
\nThen, she tore off the wrapping.
\nExcited to see what was in the wrapping.
\nThe box said: Kronos\u2019s last will & testament.
\nShe was contemplating what it meant?
\nKronos had become a fairy tale by then.
\n\u2018This must be a joke\u2019 she grinned.
\nShe opened the box with surprise.
\nTwo bright beams of light hit her eyes.
\nBurning her eyes out, as she screamed.
\nIt killed her then. A gruesome scene.
\nKronos laughed loudly with mirth.
\nRevenge was his, for what it was worth.
\nBy magic, he brought the box back to him.
\nNo one had seen what had happened then.
\nThe priest found her on the floor.
\nHe just staggered away in horror.
\nHe sent an emergency message to Vantera.
\nRelatives & others came in fear, ya.
\nMagic was weak in the world then.
\nWhat had happened was beyond them.
\nIt was magic, but they hadn\u2019t a clue.
\nThey were at a loss as to what to do.
\nKronos was feeling pretty good.
\nThen, a demon appeared. He knew it would.
\n\u201cDid you enjoy your little revenge plot?\u201d
\n\u201cYes, we knew. We expected the lot.\u201d
\n\u201cWe knew revenge would eat at you.\u201d
\n\u201cSo, we let you go on and carry thru.\u201d
\n\u201cNow, you can give us your total attention.\u201d
\n\u201cYou will do all, or must I mention.\u201d
\n\u201cPanthers will rip you apart.\u201d
\nSo, you had better do your part.\u201d
\nWith that he waved his hand.
\nTwo panthers appeared on command.
\nKronos screamed and peed his pants.
\n\u201cSend them away. I will obey\u201d he pants.
\nThe demon smiled, if you would call it that.
\n\u201cNow, you can get on the real track.\u201d
\nThe demon laid out what Kronos would do.
\n\u201cWhat? That might be impossible to do.\u201d
\n\u201cYou have many reference books.\u201d
\nPlus over 800 years of using the flux.
\nMagic is a constant, use depends on the user.\u201d
\nWe know you\u2019re strong. You\u2019re no fool here.\u201d
\n\u201cYou can accomplish this, but it will take time.\u2019
\n\u201cAll during that time, you will be mine.\u201d
\n\u201cI will know all that you will try to do.\u201d
\n\u201cDo not take me for a fool.\u201d
\n\u201cYou\u2019re very soul is ruled by us.\u201d
\n\u201cYou will immediately start studying the flux.\u201d
\nWith that, the demon vanished again.
\nKronos knew there was no way for him to win.
\nHe went down into the extensive library.
\nHe was overwhelmed, but didn\u2019t tarry.
\nA lover of The Black Arts, he was ecstatic.
\nMaybe he could do the job, no matter how erratic.
\nExactly what Kronos was working on is not known.
\nI don\u2019t know because I wasn\u2019t shown.
