The Chronicles Of Kronos (Chapter 13)<\/p>\n
Kronos & Asglow were working on phase III.
\nWithout the enthusiasm there used to be.
\nThey had been at it for several months.
\nThey had little to show, except for grunts.
\nThen, out of nowhere, someone popped in.
\nThis wasn\u2019t a demon,—- he had a grin.
\n\u201cHello Kronos. Long time no see.\u201d
\n\u201cWhat the hell? Are you shitting me?\u201d
\n\u201cYup, it is I, \u2018The Shadow.\u2019, back again.\u201d
\n\u201cWhere the hell have you been?\u201d
\n\u201cTrapped for hundreds of years in a lamp\u201d
\n\u201cThe Lumicates trapped me in the lamp\u201d
\n\u201cThat was when they trapped your spirit too.\u201d
\n\u201cI thought that was the end of you.\u201d
\n\u201cLast time I saw you alive, panthers turned you to jelly.\u201d
\n\u201cBack when the panthers ripped out your belly.\u201d
\n\u201cDON\u2019T MENTION THAT!!\u201d Kronos screamed.
\n\u201cI was killed during that bloody scene.\u201d
\n\u201cYet, here you are, alive again?\u201d
\n\u201cStart at the beginning. That\u2019s where to begin.\u201d
\nKronos told him all he knew of since his death.
\n\u201cHow did you escape that lamp?\u201d
\n\u201cAladdin released me when he found the lamp.\u201d
\n\u201cI served him for years as a genie.\u201d
\n\u201cFinally, he granted me my freedom, you see.\u201d
\n\u201cI came to your ruined castle to search for books.\u201d
\n\u201cNothing was there. But, I did look.\u201d
\n\u201cI probably picked up on Asglow\u2019s trace.\u201d
\n\u201cI followed it & now you see my face.\u201d
\n\u201cSince he is your son, it was similar to your trace.\u201d
\n\u201cNow, what the hell are you two doing in this place?\u201d
\nThey told him about the demons with some fear.
\nThey told him exactly why they were here.
\nThey told him what they are working on & why.
\nTold him about Vantera burning up in the sky.
\nThey didn\u2019t know what the demons had planned.
\nBut, they were worried about how they would stand.
\n\u201cI think I may know what it is about\u201d \u2018The Shadow\u2019 said.
\n\u201cNow, don\u2019t let it go to your head.\u201d
\n\u201cI will have to return to my time to gather proof.\u201d
\n\u201cI will only be gone a few seconds.\u201d With that, poof.
\n\u201cThe Shadow was gone. In a few seconds, he was back.
\nHe was holding a book that was black front & back.
\n\u201cThis is a Holy Bible. The history of demons & angels.\u201d
\n\u201cWritten after this time, but made plain though.\u201d
\nHe read them the part about war in heaven.
\nThe part about the angels being cast out of heaven.
\nSent to earth for attempting to usurp God.
\nHere they became demons, hating man & God.
\nThen, he read the part about Armageddon.
\nThe war at the end of time. Good VS evil. All dreading.
\n\u201cThis is what I think they are preparing for.\u201d
\n\u201cIt will be history\u2019s greatest war.\u201d
\n\u201cDo they plan to destroy all God\u2019s creation?\u201d
\n\u201cI couldn\u2019t hazard a guess. I am only a laymen.\u201d
\nKronos & Asglow knew none of this.
\nThey thought demons came from an abyss.
\nTruth is, they hadn\u2019t thought about it at all.
\nIt was shocking news about their fall.
\n\u201cI have never liked demons much.\u201d
\n\u201cBut, they brought me back. A nice touch.\u201d
\nThe news almost brought them to their knees.
\nIt was much bigger than they could conceive.
\nThey were small insects in a much bigger picture.
\nThere went Kronos\u2019s plans for getting richer.
\nThey were at a total loss as to what to do then.
\nCaught between a rock & a hard place with no whim.
\nI\u2019ve been told this wraps up volume one.
\nThere is a volume two. There\u2019s more to come.
\nLots of questions left unanswered.
\nWithout answers, it will spread like a cancer.
\nSo long now to all of you.
