The Chronicles Of Kronos Volume III Chapter One<\/p>\n
The first thing \u2018fake\u2019 Kronos decided to do
\nwas to send the local villagers to school.
\nNot a school of higher learning, you see.
\nBut, a school of hard knocks. See them flee.
\nIt immediately laid down the law to them.
\n\u201cYou\u2019ll pay me taxes. It won\u2019t be a whim.\u201d
\n\u201cYou\u2019ll do exactly what I tell you to do.\u201d
\n\u201cIf you don\u2019t, I\u2019ll make a crispy critter out of you.\u201d
\nAs proof, it burned a couple of them to ash.
\nThen dumped their remains in the local trash.
\nThe villagers were shaking in their boots.
\nOne objected. It ripped her hair out by the roots.
\n\u2018Fake\u2019 Kronos laughed a big belly laugh.
\n\u201cAnymore objections?\u201d \u201cDon\u2019t give me any sass.\u201d
\n\u201cI\u2019ll be back to collect in a week. Be ready.\u201d
\n\u201c10% of all you have. Don\u2019t try to be petty.\u201d
\nWith that, \u2018fake\u2019 Kronos was gone.
\nBack to its castle. But, not for long.
\nSoon, it did a repeat performance in another village.
\nSame demands, along with what it could pillage.
\nIt had fun boiling the blood of someone.
\nWhile the blood was still in their body, for fun.
\nIt liked to see people cower and squirm.
\nIt made others crawl through cow shit, like a worm.
\nIt laughed at their suffering & had a ball.
\nIt made it feel like it was ten feet tall.
\nA more vile creature, the world had never known.
\nAnd, over time, it only got worse, it was shown.
\nIt would experiment with new magical spells.
\nAlways on the innocent, with tragic results. No quells.
\nThe people offered sacrifices to be left alone.
\nIt said \u201cNo.\u201d, then kill them. The people would moan.
\n\u2018Fake\u2019 Kronos would laugh and laugh.
\nThen yell \u201cYou all stink!! Take a bath!\u201d
\n\u2018Fake\u2019 Kronos prided itself on new & different ways
\nto torture the people and make them slaves.
\nIt wasn\u2019t above killing babies.
\nIt would do it without any maybes.
\nIt spread its reign of terror over larger areas of land.
\nSome villages tried to fight, but were destroyed to the man.
\nWord of the creature & its monstrous ways
\nspread across all the land in a few days.
\nIt was a dark time in the history of man.
\nThey said it couldn\u2019t be killed. Try if you can.
\n\u2018Fake\u2019 Kronos sang, as it fixed a sandwich for lunch.
\nA bloody piece of meat on which it did munch.
\nThings were well. But, they could be better.
\nIt had plans to be Emperor Of Earth. Much better.
\nIt would take a little while to plan.
\nMight as well have all the fun it can.
\nIt looks like there will be no end to this reign of terror.
\nIs there not a hero alive in the world anywhere?
\nWe will check back again a little later.
\nTo see what we can learn as a spectator.<\/p>\n
