They went by way of the in between.
\nThey surrounded \u2018Fake\u2019 Kronos without being seen.
\nJust outside a village, where It was cussing.
\nUsing their wands, they all sent spells rushing.
\n\u2018Fake\u2019 Kronos spun fast as a blur.
\nBlocking spells as fast as they occurred.
\nBut, they kept on sending different spells right & left.
\n\u2018Fake\u2019 Kronos was beginning to sweat.
\nIt couldn\u2019t hold off such an attack much longer.
\nIt zapped away to have time to grow stronger.
\nThey immediately were around it again.
\nSpells were flying like yesterday\u2019s gin.
\n\u2018Fake\u2019 Kronos jumped again.
\nThey were right behind it, with a grin.
\nBut, \u2019Fake\u2019 Kronos was nowhere in sight.
\nAt first, it kind of gave them a fright.
\nThey were standing alongside a lake.
\nThen, they saw where they had made a mistake.
\n\u2018Fake’ Kronos was hiding under the water.
\nThey all started to dive in, like an otter.
\nBut \u2018The Shadow\u2019 yelled \u201cFreeze.\u201d
\n\u201cI saw It leave the lake & go into the trees.\u201d
\n\u201cIt wanted us to enter the lake.\u201d
\n\u201cThen trap us there as frozen bait.\u201d
\n\u201cThat crafty bastard is a pain in the ass.\u201d
\n\u201cYou\u2019ll have to ask forgiveness for that, lass\u201d
\nThey appeared in the trees & It was gone.
\nEven the birds there had stopped singing their song.
\n\u201cDid you get a fix on where It went?\u201d
\n\u201cNot positive, but the castle probably is where It went.\u201d
\nThey appeared in the castle in haste.
\nNo sign of \u2018Fake\u2019 Kronos. No trace.

\nBut, after quite awhile, they were not seen.

\nAll the others stood around looking grim.
\nMeanwhile, the five were trying to find a way to gain the edge.
\n\u201cThere must be a way to drive in a wedge.\u201d
\n\u201cThe spells we need to work can\u2019t get to It.\u201d
\n\u201cStating the obvious is not helping a bit.\u201d
\n\u201cI am getting tired of playing games with this twit.\u201d
