\nBut, mostly, I was just ignored.
\nI probably made you pretty bored.
\nI don\u2019t think you knew my name.
\nJust background noise in your game.
\nDo you remember me?
\nThe one who could never be free.
\nAlways trapped by a broken heart.
\nPining for you from the very start.
\nMy mind imagined everything.
\nI got only what make believe could bring.
\nIt made my life a living hell.
\nEven when things were going well.
\nI didn\u2019t know how to break the ice.
\nI was afraid what I did wouldn\u2019t be nice.
\nDo you remember me?
\nObviously you don\u2019t. That much I can see.
\nI can say it makes no difference to me.
\nBut, you see, I have never been free.
