The time has gone. Its faded away.
\nJust a memory of another day.
\nThe further it slips into the past.
\nThe more I wish that it could last.
\nBut, now, it is only a memory.
\nA hitch in time no one can see.
\nNo one but me can understand.
\nThe fading footprints in the sand.
\nWhat goes around comes around again.
\nI am waiting, but there is only wind.
\nWind that blows without end.
\nCovering the footprints and memory.
\nDestroying all that\u2019s left of you and me.
\nIn time, all will be gone.
\nThough the feelings linger on.
\nWhen I die I will be free.
