   The Golden Age Of Magic (Epilogue)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kronos ruled for 800 years plus.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many say he was a nasty cuss.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was trained by his father from the cradle.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He followed in dad\u2019s ways, willing and able.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet, there was a soft spot in his heart.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes, he felt it was tearing him apart.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Though he ruled with an iron hand,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

at times, he was considered a lenient man.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After several years, he learned to ignore it.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He concentrated on remaining fit.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

His interests were in research.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turning an elm tree into a birch.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making an amalgamation of monsters.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They did his bidding, like coinsurers.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it came to magic, he was the best.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You could forget about all the rest.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is, until Anika came along.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He invited the challenge, but he was wrong.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anika would be his downfall.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, that\u2019s another story, told in its all.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 800+ years of brutal rule,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kronos suddenly started acting the fool.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He started destroying, and closing churches.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the people\u2019s worship should be his.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He would become their new god.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Churches would worship him. Not odd.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Word of this reached Vantera fast.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wizard\u2019s isolation could no longer last.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They had to nip this in the bud.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They couldn\u2019t see God trampled into the mud.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, this was what brought the Wizards back.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anika was their leader. She had the knack.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story from here on, you already know.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of them put on quite a show.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, despite it all, one thing can be said.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Golden Age Of Magic was all but dead.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That former glory never returned.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Though Kronos is one who left you concerned,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aladon had a flare that could never be learned.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Golden Age Of Magic was burned<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Into the pages of history to never fade away.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will a time like that ever return some day?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
