The days of Bubble Gut and Hippy Sways.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What the hell?, you may say.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me tell you about those days.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bubble Gut & Hippy Sways were a pair.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both of them had crinkle cut hair.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They attracted attention everywhere.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It wasn\u2019t just their looks, I swear.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They said & did things differently.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What they were was what you see.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both were a funny sight to me.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They said they were just being free.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their nicknames came from their looks.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big \u2018bubble gut\u2019, one for the books.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Broad, broad hips that swayed & shook.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They definitely would make you look.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They always talked in rhymes & riddles.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It would make you feel left out, a little.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One played a harp, the other a fiddle.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their opinions were right down the middle.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They were the talk of the entire school.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The butt of frequent jokes—-, many knew.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a lot of hell that they went through.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, to each other, they were always true.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We often wondered what happened to them.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since they weren\u2019t among our usual friends.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Were they successful?—— It depends.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whatever, they will be remembered, till the end.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
