                 \n     Nerd Day<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today is the day, if you haven\u2019t heard.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time to celebrate the raise of the nerd.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One who seems goofy and out of place.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet has the brains to conquer space.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He may dress, look, and act oddly.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, as for smarts, he\u2019s not shoddy.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He can solve a Rubric\u2019s Cube in a flash.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will always be head of the class.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without nerds, science wouldn\u2019t advance.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So why are they often those who get pants\u2019d?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Often bullied by \u2018so called\u2019 normal boys.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Girls don\u2019t look twice at these brainiac toys.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, the nerds grow up to become successful.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brilliant scientists whose work is stressful.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are responsible for saving millions.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Money and people. They prevent killing.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Killing by plagues and other things.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is their knowledge that they bring.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, there is a place for nerds today.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celebrate,—– today is Nerd Day.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
