Sitting here in my computer chair.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With numbing buns and long hair.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No barber shops open anywhere.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why change clothes? Who really cares?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The quarantine is a quantum leap.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will sow what you will reap.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If boredom doesn\u2019t kill me first.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is becoming a real curse.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I could write the Great American Novel.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I wasn\u2019t so far in denial.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe I could invent a tool.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One that would satisfy any fool.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sell it on the internet.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Say profits go to support a vet.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What am I saying? Read more books.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learn to cook. Work on my looks.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learn a foreign language in my spare time.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Babble just won\u2019t work for me. I can\u2019t sign.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe learn a musical instrument.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All my talent has up and went.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now I know how flag pole sitters felt.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bored as hell come freeze or melt.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there a light at the end of the tunnel?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one that looks a lot like a funnel.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are all in this together they say.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, I\u2019m not one who likes to play.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rubbing Vicks between my toes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will it work on fungus? No one knows.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I could shower, but it doesn\u2019t seem worth it.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

20 seconds of scrubbing just don\u2019t cut it.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can talk with other friends by phone.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some reason they are always home.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I tell you, it is quite a life.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stuck 24\/7 in the house with the wife.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can say things are getting fearful.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Carol Baskin is a hero.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I guess I could write a poem for fun.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have to hope I don\u2019t offend anyone.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
