Backwoods Sally was a homely child.<\/p>\n

You wouldn\u2019t know that today.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s all grown up & looking wild.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re gonna want her to stay.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She comes around when the music plays.<\/p>\n

She likes to listen and dance.<\/p>\n

I asked her if she wanted to stay.<\/p>\n

She wasn\u2019t really looking for romance.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She liked to get on the dance floor.<\/p>\n

She liked to move it around.<\/p>\n

When the music was hot she wanted more.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s like she was dancing to a different sound.<\/p>\n

They yelled \u201cKeep dancing some more\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know you\u2019re stardom bound.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Now Sally danced at the local club.<\/p>\n

She never tried to be a star.<\/p>\n

Her moves just came natural as mud<\/p>\n

was to the pigs in the pasture far.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Many a guy tried to light up her life.<\/p>\n

Just as many fell to his knees.<\/p>\n

There was only one thing in her life.<\/p>\n

That was dancing whenever she pleased.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She liked to get on the dance floor.<\/p>\n

She liked to move it around.<\/p>\n

When the music was hot she wanted more.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s like she was dancing to a different sound.<\/p>\n

They all yelled \u201cKeep dancing some more.\u201d<\/p>\n

One day Sally fell to the floor when she slipped.<\/p>\n

The Dr. at the hospital checked her over.<\/p>\n

He told her she had broken her hip.<\/p>\n

He said her dancing days were over.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sally slipped into a deep depression.<\/p>\n

Dancing was all she lived for.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s when the radio man made an impression.<\/p>\n

\u201cI need a DJ and you\u2019re what I\u2019m looking for.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sally couldn\u2019t get on the dance floor.<\/p>\n

She could no longer move around.<\/p>\n

When the music was hot she wanted more.<\/p>\n

She played lots of different sounds.<\/p>\n

They all yelled \u201cKeep playing music more\u201d<\/p>\n
