Bucky the beaver was a good old guy.<\/p>\n

He worked hard. Gave it his best try.<\/p>\n

He thought it was what he should do.<\/p>\n

Till he met Punk Skunk passing through.<\/p>\n

Punk asked him what he was doing?<\/p>\n

Bucky said \u201cBuilding a dam\u201d, while he was chewing.<\/p>\n

Punk said \u201cThat\u2019s Core of Engineers job\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWho is that?\u201d said Bucky, looking odd.<\/p>\n

\u201cGovernment workers\u201d Punk said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe build dams till we are dead\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cPunk said \u201cThat makes no sense.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cGovernment will build it. You collect rent.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat sounds great.\u201d said Bucky.<\/p>\n

\u201cI guess meeting you was lucky.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHow do I set it up?\u201d Bucky said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is easy.\u201d Punk quickly said.<\/p>\n

Punk laid it all out for Bucky.<\/p>\n

Soon Bucky was feeling lucky.<\/p>\n

He was collecting welfare & food stamps.<\/p>\n

Core of Engineers were building ramps.<\/p>\n

They were going to build a huge dam.<\/p>\n

Bucky was living high off Uncle Sam.<\/p>\n

Then came audits, taxes, and fines.<\/p>\n

Before long Bucky was doing time.<\/p>\n

Bucky thought he should have known.<\/p>\n

Punk Skunk\u2019s smell should have shown<\/p>\n

him something stunk in the woodpile.<\/p>\n
