\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Friendship<\/strong><\/p>\n

You came to me in the middle of the night.<\/p>\n

Looking all distraught like you\u2019d been in a fight.<\/p>\n

I wondered what was going on with you.<\/p>\n

The story you told almost seemed untrue.<\/p>\n

You had been to see some old friends.<\/p>\n

People you\u2019d known since who knows when.<\/p>\n

They treated you like they didn\u2019t care.<\/p>\n

They acted like you weren\u2019t even there.<\/p>\n

They wouldn\u2019t say what was bothering them.<\/p>\n

You felt like you had just lost some friends.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s wrong with me?\u201d you cried out.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis happens a lot\u201d you began to pout.<\/p>\n

As I searched for a way to answer her,<\/p>\n

I knew why they had ostracized her.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A friend is something more precious than gold.<\/p>\n

A friendship is something that never grows old.<\/p>\n

A friend is one you can trust with all things.<\/p>\n

To betray that trust is a hurt that stings.<\/p>\n

When you gossip or talk about another.<\/p>\n

True or not, it is stuff out of the gutter.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s the side of you that doesn\u2019t seem to care.<\/p>\n

Friend or not you say more than they can bare.<\/p>\n

The trust is destroyed. The friendship ends.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s one sure way to lose all of your friends.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t seem to realize what you\u2019ve done.<\/p>\n

That type of hurt is hard to overcome.<\/p>\n

You need to pray for forgiveness and help.<\/p>\n

Ask the Lord to help you make your apology felt.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She turned white, then broke into tears.<\/p>\n

I never realized I was causing such fears.<\/p>\n

Friends afraid I would expose their deepest secrets.<\/p>\n

Which I was doing without even any regrets.<\/p>\n

Somehow, I have to make it right.<\/p>\n

Let my friends know I am sorry tonight.<\/p>\n

Their friendship is more precious than gold.<\/p>\n

I will confess to all what I have told.<\/p>\n

I will never gossip or betray them again.<\/p>\n

I pray that the Lord will forgive my sin.<\/p>\n

Give me the strength Lord to make this right.<\/p>\n

Help me to strive with all of my might.<\/p>\n

I will never betray the trust of my friends.<\/p>\n

I will be faithful in this till the very end.<\/p>\n
