The 7th<\/sup> Gate<\/p>\n

She ran away as I tried to stop her.<\/p>\n

Yelled she was entering the 7th<\/sup> gate.<\/p>\n

I yelled \u201cNo!\u201d as I felt great fear.<\/p>\n

She doesn\u2019t know what that will take.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It could take her soul, and maybe more.<\/p>\n

She didn\u2019t know what she was headed for.<\/p>\n

Before I could stop her she was out the door.<\/p>\n

I grabbed my stuff & ran, though I was sore.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

End time studies led us to the final gate.<\/p>\n

I know she wanted to save the world.<\/p>\n

But, it could cause a totally different fate.<\/p>\n

I ran as my thoughts were in a swirl.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So many possibilities lay ahead.<\/p>\n

It takes time to decide the best route.<\/p>\n

I know she didn\u2019t want to end up dead.<\/p>\n

She needs to find out what it\u2019s about.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She was head strong from birth.<\/p>\n

Always wanting to forge ahead.<\/p>\n

Not considering the real worth.<\/p>\n

Always, just full speed ahead<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I got to the ruins where the gate is.<\/p>\n

I looked around and didn\u2019t see her<\/p>\n

The gate, slightly opened, is where she is.<\/p>\n

I entered quietly.\u00a0 Nervous for sure.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It was dark so I used my light.<\/p>\n

I made sure the gate didn\u2019t close.<\/p>\n

The tunnel sloped down out of sight.<\/p>\n

On the walls was some type of mold.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

After quite a distance, there was a door.<\/p>\n

The inscription translated \u2018past sins\u2019.<\/p>\n

Should I go in or look some more?<\/p>\n

Slowly, I opened the door & went in.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It was like a half circle theater inside.<\/p>\n

With benches of stone facing a wall.<\/p>\n

I was scared, though I kept it in stride.<\/p>\n

I had a strong urge to sit facing the wall.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Immediately, as I sat,\u00a0 the wall lit up .<\/p>\n

I was shown every one of my sins.<\/p>\n

From earliest memory. All the stuff.<\/p>\n

I was so ashamed. Where to begin.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I fell on my face & pleaded for forgiveness.<\/p>\n

A message then appeared on the wall.<\/p>\n

Go down the hall for forgiveness.<\/p>\n

I was out of there. I didn\u2019t stall.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Further down the hall was another door.<\/p>\n

I opened the door and I peeked in.<\/p>\n

There was a very bright light above the floor.<\/p>\n

The light covered a pulpit. I saw the book then.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Bible, with words heighted in gold.<\/p>\n

It lay open . The light coming from within.<\/p>\n

I read the highlighted scripture & was told.<\/p>\n

The blood of the lamb washed away my sin.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I fell on my knees praising God and Jesus.<\/p>\n

Accepting the Lord as my God and savior.<\/p>\n

I felt the greatest peace from Jesus.<\/p>\n

totally humbled was my behavior.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I looked around and found my daughter.<\/p>\n

On her face in utter adoration<\/p>\n

I went to her, like a good father.<\/p>\n

Suddenly, we were \u00a0back from vacation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We were home sitting on the floor.<\/p>\n

We were both looking around in disbelief.<\/p>\n

What happened never happened before.<\/p>\n

But, we both knew we were God\u2019s to keep.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We returned to the ruins to look for the gate.<\/p>\n

There was nothing there. The wall was blank.<\/p>\n

Were we even in\u00a0 the 7th<\/sup> gate?<\/p>\n

7 was perfection. We kneeled & gave thanks.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Maybe we went to the Twilight Zone?<\/p>\n

Maybe it was a mass hallucination.<\/p>\n

But, we both knew it in our bones.<\/p>\n
