She gasped.<\/p>\n There was something wrong with him lately.<\/p>\n Something thin. An essential shallowness.<\/p>\n How had she not noticed it before?<\/p>\n When he touched her he was callus.<\/p>\n She grew cold to her very core.<\/p>\n She had to extract herself from this.<\/p>\n There was hatred deep in his breast.<\/p>\n She didn\u2019t know how? It was a risk.<\/p>\n She had to be sure, not a guess.<\/p>\n At first he was charming, loving, & kind.<\/p>\n He left her in a dream state a lot.<\/p>\n Gradually, he changed she did find.<\/p>\n Slowly, more possessive he got.<\/p>\n He was like an animal when uncaged<\/p>\n You never knew what he would do.<\/p>\n She began to fear his potential rage.<\/p>\n He was similar to an animal in a zoo.<\/p>\n \u201cI have a Dr\u2019s appointment\u201d, she said.<\/p>\n It was a lie to distract him for awhile.<\/p>\n She left, shaking inside, holding her head.<\/p>\n \u201cSee you later\u201d he said with a smile.<\/p>\n This man was psychotic. She could feel it.<\/p>\n She had to do something or be killed.<\/p>\n she was cracking up with the fear of it.<\/p>\n Can\u2019t it all go away if she willed?<\/p>\n She went to church and she prayed.<\/p>\n Poured out all her fears to the Lord.<\/p>\n \u201cHelp me Lord before I\u2019m slayed<\/p>\n by this psychopath I abhor.\u201d<\/p>\n An eternal peace came over her.<\/p>\n A voice said: \u201cIt\u2019s been resolved my child.\u201d<\/p>\n She left the church feeling sure.<\/p>\n All would be taken care of in awhile.<\/p>\n When she got home she turned on the TV.<\/p>\n The news said He had been arrested.<\/p>\n A serial killer of women was he.<\/p>\n He surrendered & never protested.<\/p>\n \u201cThank you.—- Thank you Lord!!\u201d<\/p>\n She wept as she fell to her knees.<\/p>\n She couldn\u2019t help but wonder,<\/p>\n what would he have done to me?<\/p>\n Without God\u2019s help, a certain blunder,<\/p>\n it would have been for me to see.<\/p>\n ———————————————–R.
