\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Religious Freedom??<\/strong><\/p>\n On that dreadful day in April 1993<\/p>\n The smoke spread for miles for all to see.<\/p>\n Broadcast on radio and TV.<\/p>\n What a disgrace to the land of the free.<\/p>\n Who was responsible. Who could it be?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Branch Davidians were holed up for 51 days.<\/p>\n Armed to the teeth, they refused the phrase:<\/p>\n \u201cSurrender and we\u2019ll give you a fair trial.\u201d<\/p>\n They wouldn\u2019t give up, they said with a smile.<\/p>\n Freedom of religion is our only style.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Men, women & children were enclosed.<\/p>\n Rumors spread that some wore no clothes.<\/p>\n It couldn\u2019t be proven one way or the other.<\/p>\n Responses were that they loved one another.<\/p>\n They followed David Koresh like he was a mother.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n A certain person, we\u2019ll call J.R., gave the order<\/p>\n \u201cBurn them out!!\u201d \u00a0\u201cWe\u2019ll take no quarter!!\u201d<\/p>\n Men, women, & children died that day.<\/p>\n They became \u2018crispy critters\u2019 all the way.<\/p>\n 81 people. None left alive to have a say.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n What a \u2018black eye\u2019 \u00a0for the land of the free.<\/p>\n Life has been worse for you & for me.<\/p>\n Since that injustice was done to our fellow man.<\/p>\n While J. R. skates free without any plan<\/p>\n to prosecute J.R. for that evil plan.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Let this be a lesson for you and for me.<\/p>\n The day is coming when we will see.<\/p>\n Religious freedom will not mean a thing.<\/p>\n Religious persecution is all it will bring.<\/p>\n Then, like the Davidians, His praises we\u2019ll sing.<\/p>\n ——————————————————R.
