The Greatest Story Ever Told<\/strong><\/p>\n I saw the light flash across the sky<\/p>\n from an opening in the clouds way up high.<\/p>\n Millions of angels started pouring through.<\/p>\n A super loud trumpet was blowing too.<\/p>\n Then a small cloud appeared about the size of a fist.<\/p>\n I didn\u2019t know what to make of all this.<\/p>\n The cloud grew larger as it rapidly neared.<\/p>\n Then, suddenly, a man appeared.<\/p>\n He sat upon a throne on the cloud<\/p>\n Angels surrounded Him praying loud.<\/p>\n A rainbow appeared behind the throne.<\/p>\n As bright as the sun, the man\u2019s face shown.<\/p>\n Many on earth cried \u201cOur God is here\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe waited so long for Him to appear.\u201d<\/p>\n The man said: \u201c Arise, those sleeping in graves.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cCome, join me in the air. I am with you always.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThose on the ground, be caught up to.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI will always be with you .\u201d<\/p>\n Then we were changed in the twinkling of an eye.<\/p>\n Mortal became immortal. Glory replaced\u00a0 cry.<\/p>\n The earth laid desolate and in ruins.<\/p>\n No one was alive to make fun or boo Him.<\/p>\n Except for those who crucified Him.<\/p>\n Resurrected to see His coming , then die again.<\/p>\n All who were alive & not saved were killed<\/p>\n by the brightness of His glory that filled.<\/p>\n Satan was chained for 1,000 years.<\/p>\n To roam the earth alone with his fear.<\/p>\n A millennium to walk among the ruins.<\/p>\n To think about the reward that was due him.<\/p>\n 1,000 years later Christ returned<\/p>\n with all the saints and angels concerned.<\/p>\n The Holy City floated down like a jewel.<\/p>\n Bright and shining, through the air it flew.<\/p>\n Christ appeared\u00a0 & touched His\u00a0 foot upon<\/p>\n the Mount Of Olives. The cross was gone.<\/p>\n The Mount split into a great plain.<\/p>\n The Holy City descended to remain.<\/p>\n It was lighted by God\u2019s glory.<\/p>\n It will always remain to tell the story.<\/p>\n The evil dead were resurrected.<\/p>\n Satan & his demons began to beckon<\/p>\n They all surrounded the Holy City.<\/p>\n While saints & angels watched with pity.<\/p>\n All evil saw their lives in panoramic view.<\/p>\n Each saw where they rejected truth from the few.<\/p>\n Each bowed a knee and confessed Christ is just.<\/p>\n Then fire rained down & did the rest.<\/p>\n All were consumed, both body and bone.<\/p>\n Satan burned longest. Just he alone.<\/p>\n There would be no trace of sin ever again.<\/p>\n Thanks to the sacrifice made by Him.<\/p>\n The saints and angels watched with awe<\/p>\n as the earth was made new. Created for all.<\/p>\n God\u2019s throne in the center of the Holy City made earth.<\/p>\n the very center of the whole universe.<\/p>\n Throughout eternity a reminder of what happened here.<\/p>\n How God\u2019s love is the greatest. An end to all fear.<\/p>\n Wherever Christ traveled throughout the universe<\/p>\n the 144,000 accompanied Him where He traversed.<\/p>\n They were the testimony of all Christ did<\/p>\n for the only fallen world where they once lived.-<\/p>\n ——————————————————R.
