\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 One Man Finds The Way<\/strong><\/p>\n Walking the streets on a cold dark night.<\/p>\n Avoiding the light. Not looking for a fight.<\/p>\n Thinking about the way things should have been.<\/p>\n Is this the way things are going to end?<\/p>\n I see the flash of a neon light.<\/p>\n It\u2019s brilliant colors split the night.<\/p>\n I wonder how many others are led astray?<\/p>\n There has got to be a better way.<\/p>\n I hear a sound like nails scraping a wall.<\/p>\n A tree limb rubbing a building in the wind is all.<\/p>\n A dog growls, a cat squeals.<\/p>\n He runs with the dog on his heels.<\/p>\n When I was young I had big dreams.<\/p>\n The world is not what it seems.<\/p>\n It twists you and drags you down.<\/p>\n The older you get the more you frown.<\/p>\n It\u2019s sick. It\u2019s sinful. it\u2019s hateful and foul.<\/p>\n The world has lost it\u2019s way somehow.<\/p>\n So I walk through it\u2019s carcass late at night<\/p>\n feeling dead inside. Too tired to fight.<\/p>\n No one can right all the wrongs.<\/p>\n It has gone on way too long.<\/p>\n Why must we live in such misery?<\/p>\n Such hopeless delusions and mystery?<\/p>\n I have searched for an answer.<\/p>\n A way to save me from this cancer.<\/p>\n There was nothing that wasn\u2019t tainted.<\/p>\n It twisted my mind until I fainted.<\/p>\n I fell to my knees and cried out:<\/p>\n \u201cSave me from this sin that\u2019s all about.\u201d<\/p>\n Suddenly, I heard a still quiet voice.<\/p>\n \u201cI am always with you. It\u2019s your choice\u201d<\/p>\n I looked around. No one could be seen.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat is this? Some kind of a dream?\u201d<\/p>\n The voice said: \u201cLook in the garbage can.\u201d<\/p>\n I stayed there, though I almost ran.<\/p>\n Inside the can, on top of the trash,<\/p>\n was a Holy Bible someone had stashed.<\/p>\n \u201cPick it up. Take it home. Read it.\u201d<\/p>\n The voice said with emphasis on \u201cit.\u201d<\/p>\n I did exactly what \u2018the voice\u2019 said.<\/p>\n Everything I read went straight to my head.<\/p>\n Soon I realized \u2018the voice\u2019 that was speaking<\/p>\n was Jesus Christ. I started weeping.<\/p>\n I fell on my knees & prayed for forgiveness.<\/p>\n I asked to be saved, as God is my witness.<\/p>\n A peace like no other came over me.<\/p>\n I knew the way to change the world, you see.<\/p>\n One man, called Jesus, could bring the change.<\/p>\n I\u2019ll tell the world about His wonderful name.<\/p>\n I walk in the light now and show others the way.<\/p>\n This world WILL be made new in that great day.<\/p>\n ——————————————————R.
