The Tomb Of 10,000 Dead<\/strong><\/p>\n I had a dream last night while lying in bed.<\/p>\n It was about the tomb of 10,000 dead.<\/p>\n It was thrilling and chilling to say the least.<\/p>\n I worried about awaking the sleeping beast.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Was it long ago or was the dream of today?<\/p>\n As to the exact date of it I cannot say.<\/p>\n Ancient ruins were lying all around.<\/p>\n I followed some stairs deep into the ground.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Through twists and turns I traveled on.<\/p>\n I had no idea how far I had gone.<\/p>\n The walls were wet and slick with slime.<\/p>\n I had no idea just what I would find.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I came to a door made of stone.<\/p>\n I shivered and felt so all alone.<\/p>\n I found a carved monstrous face.<\/p>\n I twisted it\u2019s nose, which was out of place.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The door creaked and slowly opened.<\/p>\n A smell of musty air escaped unbroken.<\/p>\n I nervously shined my light within.<\/p>\n I saw endless\u00a0 rows of caskets therein.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n They were on shelves, reaching\u00a0 twenty high.<\/p>\n They seemed to go on up to the sky.<\/p>\n There were no markers or other signs.<\/p>\n Nothing to indicate the date or time.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I slowly approached the first casket.<\/p>\n I pried it open using my hatchet.<\/p>\n My eyes grew large as I peeked within.<\/p>\n I thought: \u201cCould this be a sin?\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The lid fell open with a creaking sound.<\/p>\n I could not believe what I had found.<\/p>\n A solitary\u00a0 golden plaque lay within.<\/p>\n It said: \u201cPeace on earth.
