\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 50 Year Reunion<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 50 year H S reunion has come and gone.<\/p>\n

But, the memories will live on and on.<\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t gone to one at least once in your life<\/p>\n

you haven\u2019t lived,—- and that ain\u2019t right.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3 schools were involved.\u00a0 That\u2019s different than most.<\/p>\n

But, there is a reason. Just ask the host.<\/p>\n

All went to one school for the first 3 years.<\/p>\n

2 new schools were built for our final year.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So\u00a0 the seniors from all 3 schools were at the blast.<\/p>\n

They all partied like animals without any past.<\/p>\n

A lot of old cronies just having a ball.<\/p>\n

Checking others name badges to know them at all.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Each badge had your senior picture on it.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, no one would recognize your wit.<\/p>\n

We were all friends, even after 50 years.<\/p>\n

At times it could almost bring you to tears.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Even people you weren\u2019t close to in school<\/p>\n

now were your buddies, and that was cool.<\/p>\n

You felt a bond after 50 years had passed.<\/p>\n

You know what it took for each one\u00a0 to last.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I saw people I thought I would never see again.<\/p>\n

But, when seeing them, it was worth the wait until then.<\/p>\n

Funny, \u00a0they were all old but me.<\/p>\n

Then again, they probably felt the same, \u00a0you see.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It was a wonderful time when we grew up.<\/p>\n

Now things are getting really tough.<\/p>\n

We will lead the way as we go on.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll stand tall cause we are strong.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Several weren\u2019t there I\u2019d love to see.<\/p>\n

Some passed on way too early for me.<\/p>\n

Those who missed lost a part of their past.<\/p>\n

It will haunt them till the last.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For those who were there<\/p>\n

It won\u2019t be so hard to bare.<\/p>\n

For we know in 5 we\u2019ll do it again.<\/p>\n
