Another day, as she drug out of bed.<\/p>\n

She just sat there holding her head.<\/p>\n

She had drank but, not that much.<\/p>\n

She wasn\u2019t using it as a crutch.<\/p>\n

Mostly she was just depressed.<\/p>\n

Just dried tears is all that\u2019s left.<\/p>\n

Names were called. Words were said.<\/p>\n

Now she wished that she were dead.<\/p>\n

She really didn\u2019t want him gone.<\/p>\n

But, she didn\u2019t want to be treated wrong.<\/p>\n

Everything was falling apart.<\/p>\n

The pain of having a broken heart.<\/p>\n

Depression was coming on strong.<\/p>\n

Lord, tell me where I went wrong.<\/p>\n

Will I ever see a better day?<\/p>\n

She could hope, but couldn\u2019t say.<\/p>\n

She was sliding down into the gloom.<\/p>\n

She felt the end was coming soon.<\/p>\n

She had no desire to do a thing.<\/p>\n

Just sit & hope the phone will ring.<\/p>\n

Then she thought of her childhood.<\/p>\n

Of family, friends , & motherhood.<\/p>\n

She was so very happy then.<\/p>\n

What had happened to those friends?<\/p>\n

Then she remembered they were still there.<\/p>\n

Her family & friends wanting to share.<\/p>\n

She went home & found a love.<\/p>\n

A love sent from God above.<\/p>\n

Her family & friends were all there.<\/p>\n

Giving support & giving care.<\/p>\n

All she needed was here all along.<\/p>\n

She was suddenly feeling strong.<\/p>\n

No more crying & feeling depressed.<\/p>\n

Family & friends took care of the rest.<\/p>\n

Faith in God was coming on strong.<\/p>\n

How did she ever go wrong?<\/p>\n

This is where she needed to be.<\/p>\n
