\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ribs<\/strong><\/p>\n My sweet wife sent me downtown for some ribs.<\/p>\n She said to go ahead and she\u2019d watch the kids.<\/p>\n When I arrived there were cars everywhere.<\/p>\n There was absolutely not a\u00a0 space to spare.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I began to wonder what the hell was going on.<\/p>\n I almost had to park up on someone\u2019s lawn.<\/p>\n I finally found a spot some distance away.<\/p>\n Then started hoofing it all the way.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n It was the annual Blues, Brews, and Barbeque.<\/p>\n There was people everywhere drinking their brew.<\/p>\n Lines were long and not moving fast.<\/p>\n I found my favorite rib booth at last.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n After considerable time, I placed my order.<\/p>\n The lady asked me if I had a quarter?<\/p>\n It was 22 dollars to go, without the bib.<\/p>\n That was for a full rack of St. Lewis ribs.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I left with the ribs but, I didn\u2019t get far.<\/p>\n I bumped into people which made me jar.<\/p>\n I came close to dropping the ribs.<\/p>\n One guy asked me if they were his.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Eventually I made it back to my car.<\/p>\n Fortunately I didn\u2019t have to drive too far.<\/p>\n I arrived home safely with the ribs.<\/p>\n I gave them to the wife and kids.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Then it hit me like a thunderbolt.<\/p>\n The thought made me feel like a dope.<\/p>\n I got ribs for all, you see.<\/p>\n But, I didn\u2019t get any ribs for me————R.
