I can almost reach it.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s within my grasp.<\/p>\n

When it is brightly lit,<\/p>\n

it is like shining brass.<\/p>\n

I have gone days<\/p>\n

with it not around.<\/p>\n

When it should amaze,<\/p>\n

I am wearing a frown.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What is it I fear?<\/p>\n

How come I can<\/p>\n

never keep it near?<\/p>\n

I need to be a man.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I want it close.<\/p>\n

I want it to cover me.<\/p>\n

When I need it most<\/p>\n

is when I am running free.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Should I do my thing?<\/p>\n

Or, let Him do His?<\/p>\n

If I want Him to bring<\/p>\n

me much more than a kiss.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I need to believe in Him.<\/p>\n

To surrender totally.<\/p>\n

He will take away the sin.<\/p>\n

I can come to the cross boldly.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Then He will cover me.<\/p>\n

I will be one of His.<\/p>\n

I know what needs to be.<\/p>\n
